I still haven't found a Yorkie network for playdates, but we take what we can get up here. Here's Eddie romping around with a couple pals we met on our newspaper's dog blog.

My video prowess is sorely lacking, but I'm having fun learning. :)

No, Jack is not exactly a social butterfly. But I think these meetups are going to be good for him. He discovered he gets treats if he's nice.

great video. Looks like at least one of them had a great time. Does he like to play keep away at home too. My little boy does, he likes to be chased.

Yeah, that's his favorite game. He will run from anything that chases him. The hard part is getting him to drop it when I want. :p

LOL! I love the video. Sophie is like Eddie. Her favorite game is to be chased. When she gets with other dogs she runs so much I get worried and make her take breaks.:D

What???? Lacking in video prowess? uh, I don't think so!!! I think that was excellent!!!!! You put it together really well, the song fit the action for sure!!! :) :) and it was well shot. And ooh I love to see these little guys play!!! Eddie rules his domain!!! That was for sure cute! (Jack still has the cutest little tush!!!) Now, that little Dahtsun (spelling) needed to get in on the action, he looked a little lost LOL :D Can't wait to see more :thumbup: :thumbup:

Eddies friend didn't stand a chance at getting that ball! :D What a darling video and the music fit. I LOVE Allen Jackson. Well maybe when we get up there Eddie can show Zada how to have some fun. Azrael will play with him though, but I'll bet Zada and Jack watch the action from the side lines. :D Hmmmm. Come to think if it, I think Eddie and Azrael are a good match and Jack and Zada are a good match. I better keep a close eye on my girls. :D

Hallie said to tell Jack to come over here, they can hide inside and refuse to be social :) He reminds me so much of her it was like watching a male Hallie being disgusted by the thought of other dogs around her stuff :)

Eddie and Jack.....you guys ROCK! The song was so perfect and loved seeing Jack? on the teeter toter - and Eddie was running circles around his playmate. Great job, Mike - love the videos - keep them coming.

Oh geez - you guys get me hooked on a new camera now I'm getting the video bug.:eek:

That is so cute! The big dog (border mix?) looks like she really wanted to play with them. Jack looks like he wants no part of it. I was cracking up when the teeter totter thing brought him down to the ground. I could hear him thinking "I hate when that happens!":) LOL

Ha, thanks everybody. These videos are addicting. Mistyinca, you're good! That was a border mix. I believe border and german shepherd. He's a service dog and very smart. I was amazed at how spirited yet gentle he played with Eddie.

S&H, Eddie just recently showed an interest in chasing balls. He's no Simon, but he's getting better every day. Tell Hallie that Eddie will be waiting in the tunnel with his smoking jacket on. ;)

It was the long tail that gave it away! My sister has 3 border collies. Very active!!

I was laughing out loud. What a perfect song. Little Bitty Jack did not apprear impressed by his over sized guest!!!! Even braving the teeter! I cracked up when Eddie kept going in the tunnel!! Great video's! You made me smile.

That is so funny. Poor little Jack. He was afraid of the big dog, wasn't he? Now, Eddie is hysterical. Love the way he grabbed the ball, ran around and then went through the tunnel, looking back as if to say "come on, big dog, run through".

PS I took Charlie to Yorkie meetups three times, and gave up. Too many dogs for him. He loves to play with two neighborhood Yorkies and a big black lab mix. Runs so hard I was afraid he would have a heart attack, but he keeps going, barks with joy. Made my heart swell with pride because he is having such a good time. He still won't fetch but just runs with them at top speed.
