Crazy Dog Greeting I was gone for an hour but it wouldn't matter if it was 5 minutes or 5 days. This is how I'm greeted every time I come home. Max is so full of energy and excitement that he just can't wait until I come close to him. Cooper....eh. He's stretching and taking his time LOL. Don't mind the house. I'm in transition. The room they are in is a guest bedroom, but apparently my dogs think they are guests :rolleyes: Oh and they are in dire need of haircuts :eek: Any one else's dogs greet you like wild animals? |

They are just so happy to see you. Lexi sits in wait to see who it is, then says hello. But when daddy comes home from work, she goes bezerk! Like he's the last person on earth. |

It's wonderful, isn't it! :p I really miss that uncomplicated love that you only get from a dog and cannot wait to get my pup later this year :) I just feel like there's a HUGE part missing in my life :( Our last dog Tina Whippet would go crazy when Neil came home from nightshift and he would lie on the living room floor so she could stretch herself out next to him and cover his face in kisses :wub: He says that's the one thing he REALLY misses. He keeps saying we should get another whippet but I want a small dog and I've told him you get just as much love in a small package as a big 'un ;) :D |
That is so cute!! :) There is nothing better than their greetings :) Both Nena and Rufus get super excited when we get home. They mostly grab their fav toy and comes running to us waggling their tails and trying to bark with their toys in their mouth :) |

OMG, Beanie would have flown off the bed!! I do worry about this dog at times because she is SO nutty although I think she has actually calmed down a bit. I say that now because she is happily sleeping on top of my legs while I type this, but she will wake up and go nuts and I will have to retract that statement. But yes, coming home to this little creature is the best thing I have ever experienced in my life and I have a lot of life experiences to draw from!!! |

That is too funny! My boys greet me wildly but not that wild! LOL Fletch has to run and find a toy, then run with it, shake it like crazy, squeak it for 10 mins, THEN he can come see me and say Hi! LOL |
