You will be crying the first 30 seconds of this video But it will be a good cry I promise. Not a yorkie but definitely a tear jerker. Dog rescue video of homeless Bethany will open your tear ducts wide I am such an animal lover and hate seeing any animal in pain that I started crying at work. Fortunately there is a happy ending which of course may be cry even more. |
At work... crying. Awesome! |
at work crying knowing there are so many more who need to be saved... |
Im crying, bless the people who helped her. Such a cutie, I want her. poor thing, bless her heart!! Im glad she made it |
I am crying too. Cried through the whole thing. Those people that rescued her are angels. |
I am so happy this one had a happy ending but there are so many more that don't. Sometimes when I am hugging my furbabies, I am really hugging all of this animals who are suffering at the hands of humans. |
i love the hope for paws videos and yes , they always make me cry.. |
Poor poor dog, what a shocking state he was in. Lots of tears here, but then happy to know he was saved by some angels and will be well and loved again. Sad thing is there are many of these poor babies out there waiting to be rescued. |
My brother and his girlfriend work with some dogs like that. She works at an animal shelter and they always have some cats and dogs they bring back to their apartment to rehab and save. They have one they have been working with for a couple of months who they think must have been badly abused, because she just doesn't show any playfulness or emotion. No aggression either, but whenever I'm over at his place and pet or hug the dog she just stands there completely still with kind of a sad look. Walks pretty slowly and timidly, but looks to be in great health other than the timidity. He said she has slowly warmed up to them a bit, but the dog still doesn't show much emotion. I wonder if anyone here has any kind of experience getting a timid and abused dog to trust humans and to enjoy human companionship again. I don't know the breed (other than mixed), but she's probably 60-80 lbs or so. Maybe some pointers I could give him (they have only been doing this for a few months, but he says they have saved about 50 animals and gotten them to forever homes). |
That's Eldad, he's an angel for the animals. Go to Hope for Paws & you can see all of his rescues, he's amazing & I LOVE him. |
Such a beautiful video, brought tears to my eyes, but they were happy tears. I appreciate the people who devotes their time in order to help and save animals in need. Thanks for sharing this :) |
Thought this rescue was really cool Before: After: |
Okay so I crying again. I have to stop watching these videos at work. Only at home from now on. |
Bless these people and all others who do take time to help as many animals as they can. And I am also crying. |
2 Attachment(s) Not a video, but here's a before and after pic of this great dog Piper that my brother and his girlfriend rescued from her shelter. He was a stray and in horrible shape (really bad mange and just infected paws and the like), but after 4-5 months of rehab and time at rescue events they placed Piper in a great forever home. Just scary to think this great dog would have been killed without them. I think Piper is my brother's favorite rescue he has done. |
