So cool!! Magic is definitely very impressive! It's cute seeing little yorkies jump off such a huge dock.

That is Razzle's Mom -- Lola :) Her first time out for dock jumping. She was and is a real trooper. I can really see where he gets his temperament from! Although that is why I wanted one of Her Pups!

Thanks. All the dogs jumping come from a long line of working dogs. And yes even if they are Yorkies. Lola RAzzle's mom, was the no 3 obedience dog in the toy group, umm I think 2yrs ago in Canada.

Yorkies enthusiasm is why I fell in love with the breed.

Off topic, but I remember a very experienced BRT breeder from Russia, saying (before she saw Magic working), was well you Know his Lines have a phlegmatic temperament. She was saying this dismissively. Ummm then she saw him work! LOL LOL. She said where the hell did he get that temperament from? I said well, his Mom is multi championed and an OCD, his Dad was CDx, and I've been working with him since 8wks old.

So it is possible to take any kind of low drive dog, especially if you get from puppyhood and build them into a high or higher drive dog.

If I am remember you correctly Max, I think that you to are working with your Yorkie. Sometimes it is a matter of "waking up" the sleeping dog.:D

:) yes. I am always working with Lilo. We like to push the envelope when people say yorkies can or can't do things, or that lilo can't do it because of her size.That's why watching your dock diving video made me more excited. We know many dogs that's dock dive and have only heard of one yorkie that competes around here . So far we've learned that Lilo is not a fan of jumping into water but shows enthusiasm with everything else. Lol keep posting more videos! It's a joy to watch and very motivating to see your littles just go for it!:thumbup:
