Sue she runs away! Sue-She Runs Away - YouTube HELLO! My name is Jeff and I have to admit I used to hate small dogs. This changed 5 years ago when my parents bought a yorkie. I finally decided to get my own about 4 months ago. Her name is Sue-She and I have decided to film a short series staring her! This is her first. Let me know what you think. |
How adorable was that! |
Welcome to YT ! Sue-She is too cute & she looks like she's having a ball in the video. |
thanks so much! She very obedient which made the video easier to shoot. Still, never easy working with animals. :) Shes ready for her next video. |
omgosh! I LOVE the video! You did an amazing job and it made me laugh! It kept me entertained thats for sure! Poor Sue-she! She got scared of that hawk and snake! lol...i would run back home after that for sure! |
I did notice that you had her off leash in the park & thought that you were very brave as yorkies are runners, especially when they are young. She does look pretty calm compared to most young yorkies. |
Thanks for the praise! And yes shes about 8 months old now and I've only had her on a leash once. If i see a large dog in the distance I pick her up well before she has the opportunity to see them. She will absolutely run to them but only if they are within 10 yards distance or so. Shes pretty timid and obedient despite being so playful. I live in an apt where she is able to run out the porch fence and frolic in the pool area of the complex for long periods of time, she will run back as soon as I call her. My only fear of that is her being quickly nabbed by someone. Perhaps im too brave, I just like her to have her freedom while teaching her the boundaries. |
Well, you are certainly braver then I would be , but I did have one stolen before. You are rite to be worried about her being stolen as people do steel them. Also be aware of the owls & hawks as they are a huge danger for our babies. |
:welcome4: :yorkietal :welcome4: Hi Jeff. Welcome to you and Sue-She. What a fun name - I LOVE IT - the Sie-She that is. I mean Jeff is a fine name, but Sue-She is fun! I love the video. It could easily be used to capture some of the common dangers of allowing a Yorkie to be out on her own. The world is full of dangers and we Yorkie owners need to be vigilant always. I can "see" a future video titled Sue-She and Stranger Danger where Sue-She slips outside and faces strangers in the pool area. |
Thanks again! And yes I am aware of those concerns and am actually told I am overprotective and treat her as a baby. Well she is my baby! But to the point she really isn't ever further than 10 yards or so from me in case danger arises and I have confidence in her obedience that she will come to me when called. She hasn't indicated otherwise yet! I have some pictures I would like to share. I guess I could create a new thread in the pictures forum tomorrow! |
Love the video and love Sue She.Look forward to seeing more of her.Welcome to you both. |
Great video!!! She is so adorable. |
Fantastic video! I laughed, I cried, I laughed again:D |

I loved the video! Sue-She is adorable and it looks like a match made in heaven! I'm glad she stole your heart and converted you to a 'little dog guy'. Congratulations! Hope to see lots of videos and posts so we can follow the adventures of Sue-She and watch her grow up. Welcome to Yorkie Talk. I think you will like it here. |
