Boys Are Gross! I peaked out the window and saw both of my boys rolling in the grass. I grabbed the video camera to film them. I figured they both need baths soon anyway, so what's the harm? Oh gosh it was bad:eek: Cooper's entire face was covered in some kind of wormy, sticky, manure-smelling mess. I could barely stomach it. Why do dogs insist on rolling around disgusting things? Cooper was having the time of his life! |
Oh Cooper, how my Gracie Ruth would be so jealous if she saw this. It's her very most favorite thing to do...be nekkid and rolling in something stinky. :p You have a good mommy for letting you do this. |
Lol! That's Funny! Pnut did that one time, I didn't think it was really anything till I had a snif of dog poo! I walked over to where he was and sure enough he was rolling in dog poo!!! Ugh it was beyond gross I stuck him in the bath asap. I will never let him do that again! |
Mine love to roll in stinky stuff. Love the video they look like they are having lots of fun |
Yuck! LOL I loved the close up at the end. Uni rarely does this. She did it once while on a walk and it grossed me out. If she stops to smell something I'm like "leave it!" right away! LOL Sorry Uni you can't be a dirty poo rubbing dog! |
so funny. boys will be boys. i cant believe some of the stuff my rocco finds so interesting that i have to drag him away from:eek: |
LOLOL!!! My husband's Jack Russell did this to me one mornning before work....he was just rolling and rolling on the ground..I thought what in the world??....so I go out there and guess what....cow poop! yes......cow poop.....neighbor's cow had gotten out somehow.......so.....Champ spent the day in the crate until I got home from work to bathe him! What a mess........LOL BOYS!! |

Cooper and Max look like they are having the time of their life!! Kinda like teenage boys on spring break:D They are so cute:) |
Karen...if there is a worm, fresh or dehydrated on my patio my girls will rub their faces all over it! Worse...if there is a bee (dead only, thank God:rolleyes:) my Abby will do the same and I can't tell you how many times I've reached to pick something off of her beard and it was a BEE!!! I am also convinced that all of mine were cows in another life...they could graze on the lawn for hours. However...they only prefer the new baby blades of grass or clover! I'm always shooshing them away after they've consumed their fair share of sod and what do they do...? Give me the the  look...like bad lil' babies! I am not the pack leader by any means with this bunch...:D |
Not just the boys.... Hahaha. My prissy girls love to find the worst stink ever and roll. Guess it is a dog's perfume. Gotta say that your video was darling and love the stinky, messy face at the end. ;) |
You are all too kind! The video was a little boring but I was hoping it would be watched until the end. I'll generally let them roll around in whatever they want as long as they haven't had baths in the past day or so. The yard is fenced so there is usually not all that much yucky stuff. But I don't know what the heck that was  Max would graze the grass chomping like a cow all day long. Cooper only eats the grass when he's resting from chasing his ball. |
