Hey there Texan ;), hoping you are liking the area after your move. It does look like Chibi & the pup are getting along really well. I bet this has made Chibi be a lot move active too. That pup is so busy, LOL. |
Actually Texas is a lot cooler than I thought it would be. Guess when you don't know a place all you have to go on is sterotypes :rolleyes:. She is a hanfull, they play a lot but Chibi gets tired of her a little. Of course witht the all the playing and the new lack of grandma (who gave table scraps) Chibi has lost a pound and a half already! He's lookin good- and luckily the puppy can't get on the couch yet so he just goes up there to get away from her. How's your search for another furr baby- still looking?? |
Actually, I've not went full steam ahead with a puppy search. I worry we will have a household where Zhoie doesn't really care much for the pup. She likes to see my friends 3 yorkies for a little while then she is done with them. She doesn't play tug or any of the doggies games...she still comes to me to play. Very jealous, like if I try to hold one of them etc. I'm thinking she may just remain a singleton. Also, with me working from my home, I can't have the conflict with being on the phone 75% of my day. I'm really glad you are liking it there, makes the world of differences I'm sure. Keep us up on your growing puppy pictures. I just love seeing them change so. |
Too cute! I can't wait to have similar scenes in my own home! Just to get some perspective in the size differences, what are their ages and how big are they? |
Chibi is 3 years and is now down to 10 pounds and Molli the puppy is 3 months and is waivering just below 4 pounds. I'm glad a found a good size one, with so many teeny tinies out there its hard to find a regular size. I wanted something that Chibi wouldnt trample though. Luckily they are getting along pretty good, theirs some jealousy but I try and make sure I let Chibi have his space and know he is loved :2hearts2: |
Yes TX is a bit cool right now,but wait until the summer. It can be in the mid 90s in just a few weeks and then on to the 100+ days. Sometimes it is in the 80s by 9am. Enjoy the cooler weather it is temporary. |
They are so cute together. I didn't know you got a new pup already, must have missed that. Congratulations. |
