Zander Mander Salamander and the lost toy! Here's our little rescue Zander that we adopted in May. Zander spent the first 8-9 years of his life in a puppy mill in a cage and never got to play with toys. :( After A LOT of work, he is coming out of his shell and playing more. My wife caught this on film. He was playing and flipped it behind him and couldn't find it for a couple of seconds. In our opinion, it's pretty funny, and a joy to see him playing!!! :) |
Zander is so cute & such a sweetheart. How wonderful that he is now in your Loving home!! Thanks for sharing his new adventures!:) |
YAY Zander! You have at them stuffed toys! What a joy to see him happy. :) |
Zander is adorable. How wonderful it is to see this precious little one enjoying "the good life". |
Too cute! Great to see him playing... |
So cute -- looks like he is asking where that thing went. :D It must be very rewarding watching him play with a toy and realizing how far he has come. Bless you and your wife for rescuing him! |
I've got to get a video of him chasing the cat. She loves the dogs and generally lays with them, but or multiple occasions she will go and sit in a chair they can't jump up to and swat their heads as they go by.... She also will go and lay on top of their toys with her tail twitching.....she loves to antagonize them. |
He is so darn cute! It is something to see him playing. Some never learn to play. It's so sad to think of him spending all of those years in a blasted cage! |
That's why we were/are so excited with him! It was his first time to play. :D He still won't play with the others (he runs off if they get near his toy :(), but we are still working with him :). We just wub him so much! |
I got a little teary-eyed watching Zander play after knowing about his history. He never got a chance to enjoy puppy hood. Thank you so much for giving him a chance to be a puppy again. |
