Dog Park Day with Jackson This is the park we typically don't go to, but decided randomly to go. It was a GREAT day to go (this was Thursday); sooo many little dogs showed up which is a rarity for this particular park. And they all had such a blast. There were two "Puggles" there and the one was all black, and mostly Beagle, and also named Jackson. He totally had the Beagle howl and it was sooo funny... my Jackson was looking at him totally baffled as to how he made that noise. And after a bit of studying, Jackson leaned his head back and just let out a hooowwwlll. He did it twice and I didn't catch it on camera! But it was hilarious. Jackson has never ever howled in his entire life. Oh, and at the end, we didn't bring a frisbee or anything because Jackson usually won't play at the dog park, but he found an old whipped cream container and the Yorkies played with it for a while. lol |
What a great dog park. I wish we had one close by that had a closed-in fence. I did find one that is about 25 minutes away..but theres an application process and we didnt meet the deadline for the year :( Oh well maybe next year! Glad to see Jackson had a great time! |

I have one that I go to where it's $40 for a yearly pass, or $6 entry each time to get in. We go to that one more often than not. The one in the video is a free one. Both parks are about 20 minutes away from me. There's 3 others I've heard of within 30 minutes of me but I've never checked out the other parks. |

Mine never chased around with other dogs except when they are just wee puppies. Now they would rather visit other doggies than chase after them. Wish they would play like that. Your guy is having the best time and I'm sure it put a big smile on your face to see him so happy. :D |
I love dog parks! I wish we had more around here... A new one is being built so I'm pretty excited for that. Couver is a dog park fiend. Wherever we travel, we make sure to hit up the dog parks. Jackson always looks so happy :) I love seeing dogs that get to actually have fun just being dogs. |

dog park Hi Britt. Was that Broadneck Park? You are going to have to come on a Wed. evening at 6 pm at the one over here in Chester. There is any where from 10 to 15 little dogs.All running and playing and having a great time. The one time, I think it was like 2 Wed. ago we had like 8 yorkies, 4 pugs, 4 chi it was so much fun for the pups and we all enjoyed it as much as them. Bo ( Mom to Hot Rod) and a friend of hers with her yorky and a friend of mine and her yorkie and pug was there as well as 3 or 4 other Moms with there babies. It was Fantastic. And Free. I want to go as much as possible because it will be getting darker out and will then only be able to go in the day time. Come join us some time. Also there is a girl that takes pictures the whole time of all the pups and then sends them to us.It is great. |
