Finally learnt how to upload to you tube now hopefully here too. Razzle is second dog up on the video.

BEE. U. TI. FUL. ! I love seeing these gorgeous dogs in action -Those little tails stand staight up in the ring don't they ? :D

Razzle is gorgeous - that hair just flowed - you know someone is going to ask - hair products ? Not that I'll have anything close to a yorkie like that - but how do you all get the hair to flow like that and what's your favorite products ?

Awh sadly that fat lady was me. I was astonished to see myself on video and umm urgha gotta go on a diet!. My hubby took the video . It was his first time with the video camera too.

Okay hair products: For this show on that day.. Two shampoos. First was #1 all Systems and Plush Puppy for face and furnishings. Conditioners two. First was BioGroom Silk and second was Pantene Icey Shine.

Blowdry with minimal use of Vellus anti static spray... and mousse Pantene Icey Shine, on topknot and furnishings.

His hair is pure silk and just flows like that when he moves. Unfortunately the shakiness of video did not do his movement justice.

Razzle and our other dogs also of course have very good nutrition and exercise. I use a number of additives to their food to help with not only joint health, but shine and sheen to their coats.

Their exercise routine is quite extensive, but it is what we love to do! We incorporate weekly, hill climbs, swimming, and treadmill work. Razzle goes to agility as do our other dogs, as well as obedience training.

Our dogs are massaged 3x weekly and have been since puppyhood. It is a lot of work for show dogs, and of course we love what we do. If we didn't we couldn't spend the time necessary to raise, rear, and show the dogs.

omgosh - hush on the F word !! :p I think it's great that you do what you do and it's so nice to see someone we read/post to in a real life setting.....your husband did great for his 1st video

and whoo hoo - I use Plush Puppy - have for years but have to tell you - your hard work really does pay off - I've really never known what all goes into just the 'hair' part of having showdogs (and I know it's alot more than just 'beautiful hair') to have a stunning yorkie.....

Seeing your video just proves what a great care and ALOT of work can produce.....and I know genes play a part in it.... but genes don't provide the proudness like I just saw in the ring :)

Just got back from agility.. and I set video cam up... but battery is dead now so got to recharge then I can see if I got any usefull stuff.

Well of course you know that you got to wrap those yorkies, and that in itself for me is a long job. But so worth it.

Razzle is gorgeous in action! Pictures are beautiful, but video is so much more fun. Your soon-to-be champion looks great strutting his stuff in the ring!

I am in awe of your accomplishment of keeping Razzle's coat in top condition while still taking him hiking and swimming.

i have a question? i heard barking in the background is that from show dogs are speculators with dogs?

Not too sure. no dogs that weren't entered in the show were allowed in the facility

Gail, do you go to a professional masseuse, or do you do it yourself at home? I have been doing my own form of "puppy massage" from the day I brought home Maximo. Would love to learn more if there are resources out there to read/view.

Does Razzle do the treadmill? I have been thinking about buying one for those rare days we cannot go walking. The boys go nuts if they miss a single day.

Razzle is just a beautiful dog you must be so proud!!
