It was my fault bc I didn't secure the straps tightly enough. I'm glad we listened to Heidi and got the bright blue boots bc we found them right away. We also ordered the black and white "paws" fleece that is quite warm and adorable. Thanks again for sharing the video of your adorable Jillie wearing the boots. I hope you can see the pics I uploaded.
| I love bootie success stories! You eased him into it PERFECTLY! Nice job. He'll be much happier on his snowy walks, whether he realizes it or not.
Heidi is amazing. I'm not sure how big her business is, but everyone who's dealt with her has had good things to say. At one point, I told her I thought the straps on the 2XS's I got for Eddie were too long. She invited me to drop by her house and she'd shorten them. Just great customer service. |
