Millie scared of the big bad cat!
 
This is the only video of Millie.

It was taken last month before she died, at my aunts house where she stayed when I was at work.

She was big and brave with the cats when I was there, but look at her now!

The cat only wanted to play with her lead, but she was having none of it! Problem was she wasnt brave enough to do anything about it without me there!

Breaks my heart to watch it but soo glad I have it.

He he...that is soooo cute!!! I am sure it breaks your heart to watch that, but at least you still have something of her that you can see :D Its the good memories that keep us sane when something like that happens :D

Yeah he was constantly the peacemaker between them. It was so funny, he would always step in between them when it looked like anything was going to start!

are you thinking about getting another baby or is it too soon? I waited about 4 or 5 years before i got my next one... :)

I do want another one, but I am not rushing into anything. When the right one comes along, I'll take it. A lady is to ring me back in next few weeks to view her pups. Would say it'll definitely be months rather than years. And maybe weeks. I dont know. It depends on whether it feels right.

Feel like I am betraying Millie, but I will never get another one like her. She is irreplaceable, and never to be forgotten.

Absolutely irreplaceable!!!!! I just waited that long b/c it was so tragic. I can't even talk about it to this day. She died in my arms. But Bailey is my shining star and I love him to pieces. He hasn't replaced my last one or any of my other dogs before that, but filled a void. You will know when the right time is for you. I had to wait years for ME, but if someone needs to go out and get anohther dog a week later I don't disagree with that at all. Everyone heals in different ways and everyone needs to fill the void. I don't think you are betraying Millie, you are just taking care of YOU. I can relate to your feelings tho, b/c that's how I felt too, which is why I waited so long. The guilt was just too hard for me! RIP SWEET MILLIE :)

Getting another baby to love does NOT mean you are trying to replace Millie!!!! It just means you are opening up your heart to another yorkie!! My daughter got another one with 2 weeks after losing her very special Lily pad...and she said that it helped her more than she could ever have imagined....her home was so empty without a yorkie in it!! NOONE will judge you for getting another baby...however soon you do...I"m so sorry for your loss of Millie....

She looked like an absolutely precious dollbaby!!! I loved the video..it made me laugh out loud....especially when tiger kept sneaking up behind her and patting her...LOL too sweet!!!
