Jackson doing tricks
 
So I totally forgot there was even a "Videos" section in this forum lol. I posted a thread before with this video but I figured I'd post it in the actual videos section. So, I finally took the video camera out while training/doing some tricks with Jackson at 5 months old. He's been doing so good and picks up on most things pretty fast! "Bang bang" took a while but he's finally doing it pretty consistently!! I absolutely hate hearing my own voice on camera, lol, but whatever. Here it is:


Sorry, the vid quality kinda sucks! But he does sit, stay, down, come, shake, high-five, roll over (semi!) and bang bang! He's so smart - I just have to brag :p

Thats awesome! Ive tried to get Skootie to roll over but he just doesnt get it. And the high five and bangbang is just too funny!

That one took him longer. I would say "bang bang" and do the gun motion with my hand and then sort of push him over so he was on his side. I kept repeating this and repeating this. He soon learned he did NOT like being pushed over so whenever I would say "bang bang" he used to jump back away from me! Great work and inspiration to keep us going with the lessons, we've mastered Sit and Down, trying hand shake but not much luck yet, like the High five, will add that to our next lessons after handshake has been mastered.

Congrats! Shake took a while for Jackson, too. One day it will happen and they will shake your hand and you'll be so happy! ;)

Wow, i'm giong to need lots of patience for this one!!! LOL! I'll have to try it out tho... :)

lol, yeah, it takes a while! But it's worth it when they FINALLY do it and it makes you so happy! lol
