So someones been chewing the power cable for my laptop. :mad: I wonder who? :rolleyes:

Just so you know, the cable runs under the sofa and comes up between the cushions so the dogs or Amelia can't get to it so I'm not entirely sure how she's managed to do this. :confused:

How could you be mad at her? She gave you kisses and look at that sweet face... just laying her lil head down. Go give her a kiss right this minute! And tell her you are sorry for having cords laced with chicken, bacon, and otther yummy stuff that would make her want to eat it:p

She's been sulking and trying to be my friend for the past three hours but i'm not buying it... she's done it on purpose to stop me getting on YT I know it. :p

If there is a will there is a way!

When Wrigley was a puppy she chewed and severed a lamp cord and and an electric blanket cord and YES, both were plugged in at the time! I don't know how she didn't electrocute herself!

I have to say, she does look guilty and is trying to make it up to you! :)

Vicky, my friend, I feel your pain - I have become a wire splicing expert however today I had to buy a new power supply AND cable for one of the components that goes with my computerized sewing machie - to the tune of $60.00.

There is some concern that the when the cord was chewed it might have shorted out the converter box and if that happened then I just lost $2,000 worth of computer software/hardware. Keep your fingers crossed - I am almost afraid to hook it all up :D

My sound doesn't work - but I hope you didn't scold that precious little one - look at that sweet innocent face.... I bet it was the family of the dear departed spider that was stalking you a couple of days ago.

Wow, I'm glad Wrigley is okay! Little devil!

Yeah, she does feel bad but earlier today I also caught her chewing the bottom corner of the sofa so I'm making sure she understands how mad at her I am. She's sleeping right now so I don't think she's that bothered. :rolleyes:

I've been told to tape it so tomorrow that is what I'm going to do in the short term and order a new adaptor from ebay. That's cost roughly $40 so I've told Kayla it's coming out of her allowance. ;)

Omg! I'll keep my fingers crossed that everything is okay.

LOL, no, I didn't scold her... I just said "Yes, YOU chewed that!" She doesn't care really. :p

Don't worry, she is fine really. My two have this amazing knack to act all sad and upset when you look at them but as soon as you look away again they are either playing with something, doing what you just told them off for or wagging their tails. :rolleyes:
