Rosie Hiding Her Bone When I give Rosie a bone, she runs around the whole house finding a place to hide it. When she hides the bone, she starts crying because she can't get to it:rolleyes: Then she grabs the bone and finds a new place to hide it. After about 30 minutes - 1 hour of making me get up to get her bone out she finally decides to chew it. |

That is SO funny.. i had to call my mom over to see the video.. Layla does the same head thing when you give her ANYTHING... even when we are in the car and she has to have kibble.. she will bury it first.. and THEN eat it... but she does that exact same head nudge thing! |
That is so funny and cute! I love her face, she has the best expression. Squeekie does that to me too. She goes all around the house trying to find a hiding place for her favorite bone. But she knows exactly where she's hidden it. After noticing that she doesn't have her bone with her, I would ask her "where's your bone" or "mommy's ganna get your bone!". She would then immediately run to where she's hidden it (to check if its still there :rolleyes:) and finds another hiding spot for it. Her other habits for her bone is she places it about 12 inches away from her, she then "pretends to sleep" and waits for her mom and dad (my two other yorkies) to come near her. When they do, she immediately head bumps them :D while growling at the same time. To warn them to stay away from her bone. Actually she doesn't head bumps her mom only her dad because her mom is the dominant of my three and her dad lets her get away with anything. :eek: I'll try to catch this on video and share. :D |
Thanks! It's not all that cute when you are working/cleaning and all you hear is her whining because she can't get her bone:rolleyes: Haha. She's so funny. Wookie you should tape that sometime and show us. I would love to see Squeekie act like she's asleep then growl when they close to her bone. That sounds real cute. |

Oh, I love her! That was so cute. And that little quiet crying! Betty hides things outside...and after she buries them, she digs them out right away and buries them somewhere else! None of the spots are 'good enough'. I love how they cover it up using their heads. :yelrotflm |

Bella hides hers too. I give one to both her and Lucee, she hides hers until Lucee is done eating hers (which takes about 5 minutes, she's a lab), once Lucee has eaten hers THEN she'll go get hers and chew on it until she gets tired of it. She cracks me up running around the house trying to find the prefect spot to hide it:D |
