Day Care/Sitter Recommendations in DC area
 
Hi,

I am looking for a doggie daycare or a person that dog sits at their home. Preferably in DC or NoVA. I live in DC and work in VA and would like to find a place that is between these areas so that it would be convenient for me to drop off and pick up.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

someone reliable and caring. Need to leave him behind, my sister who
usually takes care of him will not be around either.

Did you find anyone?

I know there are several YTers in this area who should be able to help you out with recommendations. The little dog boutique that was down the street from the Sheraton had a free doggie magazine that had lots of places listed.

If we were in the area, we'd certain watch Izzy for you cause he is just the best!!!!!

Awww, thanks Jodie! I will look for that magazine, I think Ive seen them around here.

I havent found anyone yet, but if I do I will let you know. I took him to Dogtopia in Vienna, VA but I stopped because I had a bad grooming experience and after me calling and sending emails, they never addressed the issue.:(

I would offer for you, however I'm in the Annapolis area so it'd be out of your way :(
But I dog-sit right now as a job! I usually go to the dogs houses but I'd love to have another Yorkie around during the day.
If for some reason, you can't find someone else, let me know. I know I'm not your ideal location though which sucks.

Oh yeah, that would have been perfect. But I think Annapolis is out of the way from my daily commute. I work in Virginia near Tysons Corner area.

Maybe you can help me when I am going out of town? Are you close to the Baltimore Airport? I travel a lot and when my cousin can't watch him, I'd love to have a back up;)
