Thank you all. I know that the well wishes and prayers from friends have helped me through this past week. It gets a little easier each day but I know after loosing so many wonderful dogs I will still cry for each of them from time to time. So many of you know how very special Cassie and Ivan were. I believe that when Ivan died he continued his protection of the little ones at Rainbow Bridge. Now he has his own little protector keeping him in check when he gets too enthusiastic. And all of the puppies that never had a chance to grow up have a new mama now.

Bless you, my heart feels your loss. I know your Cassie and our Cassie are forever reaping all that God had waiting for them, and my Mama and Papa are enjoying all the Precios ones, along with their Pepi. Prayers for your heart to be comforted she was so very blessed with all the love you gave her.

Lou, I am so sorry to just see this, I haven't been around much and miss important things like this.

You have given all the dogs you have taken in such wonderful loving care and they know/knew how great they have had it.

When you love them for that long, the hurt is all the much harder and I as you know had that 14 year to deal with.

I wish I was closer to give you all hugs, just remember you are in my prayers always.

Hi Lou. You are so sweet to give Cassie such a wonderful life and save her from the horrible one she was going to be stuck with at that puppy mill without you. I'm so happy to hear how much joy she brought into your life, and of course how much you brought into her's too. I had to make that so painful decision a little more than a month ago with Minnie, so I can sympathize with how difficult it is with someone you love with so much of your heart. But just thinking back to the little things and the big things too helps me. RIP Sweet Little Cassie and may your great memories with her heal your wounded heart, Lou. Hugs.

May God Bless your Cassie I know exactly how you feel I lost my Roxee just last week I had to have her put to sleep due to cancer at the age of 9 that was the most heart breaking thing I've ever had to do please remember all the wonderful memories you have of her and the love you two shared as i'm doing with Roxee now you will be in my prayers my God Bless you

I am so sorry about little Cassie. It is sooooo hard to have to let go but I have always tried to find peace in that they are out of their pain and whole once again. RIP sweet baby.

Thank you and I am so sorry for your loss. Yes I remember 14 years of that little girl's life and what a blessing she was to me and all the other furbutts that came in to the house. Like I said, she was the kindest mothering alpha that I have EVER seen.

Thank you. I do take comfort in knowing that Cassie is out of pain and not dizzy all the time anymore. She can run and play again because she can see and hear again. But the biggest comfort is knowing that she is no longer fearful of people and reunited with her big dufus baby, Ivan.
