RIP Romeo 2 Attachment(s) I am somewhat new to this site. I just wanted to say RIP Romeo. He was adopted by my family last year. He was passed around to many different familys so he had some problems being afraid, but he loved our family, especially my 7 year old daughter. He was going to be our forever dog. He was just 5 years old when he was run over (hit and run) the day before Valentines Day. He was the sweetest and most calm Yorkie I have ever met. Whenever he wanted to go somewhere he'd look into my eyes and put his palm on my hand. He loved to cuddle under the blanket and slept closely by my daughter. I still cry every night. We miss you Romeo. I am so sorry for what happened. We love you so much. |
Sorry for your loss, what a sweet little face. |

So sorry for your loss of Romeo. RIP Romeo. |
Its been 2 weeks since his passing. I still cry thinking about him. How did you guys move on after ? I got another Yorkie pup but I can't stop thinking about my Romeo. I'm going to be picking up his ashes later today. We will bury him in my parents yard next to her maltipoo that passed away few years ago. I never knew its this hard. I moved on after my grandparents passed but its even harder for some reason with Romeos passing. I feel like its my fault for what happened to him. :( Its even harder because I saw his lifeless body on the side of the road. His body was still warm. I picture the accident everyday and I replay in my mind what happened to him. |
I am sorry for your loss of sweet Romeo, and sorry that you have those images in your mind. Praying that your heart will be comforted in time knowing that while Romeo was taken too soon, he is at rest, not suffering. Here is a post that may help you: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/mem...-pet-loss.html |
May you find peace You should't blame or torture yourself. It was an accident and one you could not control. You saved him and gave him a good life and he knew it. He would not want you to blame yourself. It just takes awhile. I pray you find peace and comfort. You will see little Romeo again at the Rainbow Bridge. I have to believe in it, it is what has kept me going since I lost my Roxie on January 26. |
So sorry to hear about what happened to little Romeo. RIP baby boy. |
