Happy Birthday to my sweet little furry angel Nika at the rainbow bridge.

Mommy misses you so much and thinks about you every day, and especially today. 8 years ago today a very special little one was born and we shared an incredible love for 6 short years. I miss your cute little bark, your nose kisses, and everything about your spunky personality so much. I wish we could've celebrated many more birthdays together, but I know one day we will be together again. I'm sure the angels sound beautiful when they sing your birthday song and I know you're in good company surrounded by so many other precious little fur angels.

Happy birthday my beautiful girl, I carry you with me in my heart always.

Oh, sweet little angel, you changed your mom's life forever. There will always be such a soft spot in your mom's heart reserved especially for you. Today will forever be a special day because you touched your mom's heart with so much love. Happy birthday, sweet Nika.

Carrie, I know this day is also a difficult one for you, but it also filled with so much love. Think of the ties and love created because of a so loved little one. I am so sorry for your loss, but I am glad that Nika and Ashley created a bond betweenyou and me.

lisa, you are the sweetest! thank you so much for always being there for me with such kind words. i am forever grateful to you for helping me deal with losing my little one. your girls are all so special and i love to see their pictures and read about each one of them. thank you for sharing them with me. they were all so lucky to have such a devoted loving mom and their legacy lives on in your heart as well as in mine and here on yorkietalk. i know you miss them all dearly as i miss my girl and you understand and care so much. i really can't thank you enough. zowi, pixie, justin, and i brought some purple roses and a purple butterfly stake to nika's grave today. the perrenials we put in last year had just bloomed in time for her birthday and we thought that was really special. it has been such a hard day but at the same time so special. i am so thankful to have you as my friend! you, john, and all of your special precious angel girls are in my thoughts and heart! hope you are well and wish you all the best always. sending hugs.

thanks so much everyone for the sweet comments and sending my little angel birthday wishes. april 16th will always be a very special day for us even though it is so sad she's not physically here anymore. a truly special little angel was born and changed my life for the better forever. i knew this was a very special beginning and that little baby was so very special the 1st time i ever laid eyes on her. i'll never forget the love nika gave me and how much joy we shared together. i will feel her love forever and i know she is in my heart always. hugs to all of you i cannot thank you enough.
