Lost 3 yorkies
 

Hi everyone! I had three wonderful little girls. I bred my Meggie at 2 and she had a litter of 3. I kept one a girl. Then we had another litter of 7. Managed to keep them all alive. I kept the smallest one, Maddie, because her legs were not as good and I just couldn't part with her. Had a surgery on her knees and she was fine until one day she got sick and died 2 days later at 7 years old. Her vet ran every test in the book and found she had CHF that was undiagnosed. So she died in September of 2009. Her mother and sister were being treated for CHF. Her mother died in Sept of 2010. Just this week, Monday, my little Buffy who would of turned 13 in a cople weeks, was in the final stages of CHF. I had an appt to take her in on Monday, when I got another call that my brother had died. He was due out of the hospital that day. I hated falling apart in front of Buffy on her last day with me. I had to push the vet appt to 5 pm. She was struggling to breathe. So again in September of 2011 I lose another, that is my last little yorkie or my wonderful yorkie family. They were everything to me. I have had one or more yorkies for the last 20 yrs. I really don't know how to live without one. I am hoping someday somehow I will be able to afford one of these sweet babies. Thanks so much for listening and for this website.

I'm so sorry for the losses of your little ones, I am going through losing my first, I can't imagine how you must be feeling, my heart and prayers go out to you and yours :(

That\'s so sad! It\'s hard to lose such a wonderful family member, not to mention 3. I pray a little Yorkie finds it\'s way into your life soon!

I am so sorry about your brother and your sweet little babies. It is so hard losing one, let alone what you have gone through in such a short time. Praying for you and hoping some little yorkie will steal your heart and put a smile back.

I know the pain all too well and my prayers go out to you.

When you do decide to open your home and heart again to another Yorkie baby, maybe consider one who needs a loving home.
