With Great Sadness
 

My niece's little yorkiepoo puppy died . Her name was Brownie. During Christmas eve she was acting very lethargic. Hardly walking . I saw her a day before and I had a bad feeling that she was not well. The next day she became ill. my brother and sister and law were able to control her slightly vomiting, with little bit of diarreah. The last time I spoke to my niece , who is 19 years old she said the pup was doing better, kepping pedialite down and eating a tiny bit. 2 days later she closed her eyes for the last time. The pup was about 5 months old.
It was determined that it was not parvo , but she may have caught a mouse that they laid down poision for, or even did get into the poision.
My 17 year old son had slept on the couch with her all night and fell in love with her. When well she had been very playful and full of life. She was a soft light brown in color with a lot of fluffiness. A darling little yorkie face light in color.
I was told of her passing today, and cried. Her boyfriend who gave the pup to my niece cried for two hours straight. I cried in the grocery store, with such a deep sadness in my heart.
It just reminds me how fragile a life can be and suddenly taken away tragicilly. :( She was a beautiful little baby.

Last night was difficult. I cried a long time. My heart was in pieces over little Brownie's death. I let myself just be, and weep for her . I tired myself out and finally slept. She is in my mind today , but I believe she is at peace.

God Bless little Brownie and look over the new little yorkie angel. My deepest sympathies to you, your niece, her boyfriend, and your family.

I am so sorry about little Brownie. It always touches me so deeply when someone loses a baby because I know too well the pain. Its always sad but to be just 5mo. old somehow makes it more sad that his little life was so short. RIP sweet baby.

So sorry for your loss of sweet brownie. Those little ones sure do steal our heart, I hope your family finds peace and maybe one day your niece can find a spot in her heart for another pup.

I know my baby is in a better place, pain-free, but miss be immensely. Words cannot convey the feeling of my loss. I'm reading all of the threads on the loss of other doggies and have cried and cried for hours. My heart goes out to all who are grieving the loss of their beloved babies.
