This is so socking and heart braking...I'm so sorry for your loss Monica and Family.

I am so sorry you lost your little Gus. There simply are no words to describe the pain of losing your yorkie. I know your heart is broken and I am sorry. He will wait for you at the rainbow bridge. RIP little Gus.:rose:

I am glad you can come here and pour your heart out. We are all so sorry for your loss, and we do understand. How can we not, when we understand how much you loved Gus?

Last summer I adopted a senior cat from the shelter. His owner had abandoned him when she moved out of her apartment. He was so much like a cat I'd lost at 17 yrs a few years ago, but still himself. I fell so in love with him. Out of the blue, one night I walked into my bedroom and he was stretched out like always on the bed, only this time he never woke to greet me. It is still an unbearably hard loss for me. I never saw it coming. He was such a doll. I mourn the loss of all my babies, but losing Mikie really did me in. It still does. I think it was the sudden nature of his passing. All my other babies have had long lives or long, hard fought illnesses.

I know how badly you are hurting and hope you can remember all the joy and love Gus brought to your life. :rose:

Monica I dont know you but I do know how much my 2 yorkies mean to me and i can only imagine your pain and grief :( my thoughts go out to you.

It makes me so sad to read things like this because it brings back the hurt and sorrow I know you are going thru. I cried until I couldn't cry anymore and it never gets any easier with any you lose. I cried in resturants, bed, even at my doctor's office because they are dog lovers too. Like someone said just let all the grief come because its better to let it all out. My heart really goes out to you. And little Gus, may you rest in peace sweet little baby.

I'm just seeing this. I'm so so sorry for your loss. Gus will not only be in your heart forever, he'll be remembered by all of us who have been moved by his pictures and videos over the years. He lives in you and he lives in us. I'll especially never forget that backing into his carrier trick. It's the cutest thing I've ever seen.

This is such a beautiful post. Gus Gus sounds like he was a very special little boy. I know how much pain you are in, but I hope with each passing day, it gets a little easier for you to cope without him. He will always remain in your heart, since love lasts forever.

Gus I have only known you for about a month thru this website and you have touched my heart so heavily, more then most adults i have known in my 53 years on this planet... Rest in peace my little angel man... you have more friends and more tears shed for you than you will ever know and that is truley a legacy little buddy..Rocco would of been proud to be your friend:animal36
