My daughter lost her Lily Pad last weekend!!!
 

I know she is probably not going to come on and talk about her baby. But she tragically lost her Lily last weekend. She has an above ground pool in her back yard...that they have blocked off so that the dogs couldnt' access the pool. Well somehow when she let them outside to go potty....her Lily got through the gate and fell into the pool and drowned. The neighbor was the one that found her and my daughter is just devastated!!! Besides the huge loss of Lily....she feels somehow responsible because that pool is in their yard!!! Please if you have a moment..I'm sure she'd appreciate your loving thoughts...and well wishes. I am so sorry for the loss of Lily. What a horrible accident.

Goodness I am so sorry to hear that. My prayers are with her. I know how painful it is to lose a baby to an accident like that.

I'm so sorry for your Daughters tragic loss of Lily!! It was an accident and you did have it blocked off! Please remember all the wonderful happy times that you had with Lily. Im sending your daughter a message. I feel guilty about the death of my Baby Chloe too. She died from eating a poisonous plant in our backyard. Some days I feel like I really failed her by not protecting her better.

I sent her a message also. I hope that knowing other's feel her pain
will help her in someway.
We are only human. We do the best we can to protect the things
we love. Accident's happen. They are not something planned or
thought about that is why they are called accident's.
It's tragic, yes but you can't prevent something that you are not
aware is going to happen.
I hope her broken heart heals soon.

Tammy I am so sorry about lily, Please tell your sister I send my deepest condolences. It is NOT her fault, sometimes things just happen that are beyond our control. It just pains me so much when people lose their babies, It's like loosing a big piece of your heart ... I have lost fur babies before and it is never easy. Please send hugs her way for me and I hope you and tulip and daizy are doing well.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss of Lilly Pad. It is so hard to lose a little one and move on. There is nothing you can do to prevent accidents it just happens.

OMG I am so sorry I feel your pain, my Sweet Pea just drowned and Monday..I will put you in my prayers it is so sad and heartbreaking!!

I am beyond devastated my Sweet Pea drowned in our pool on Monday. I have so scared about our pool and Sweet Pea for a long time because she loved to get in and swim and chase the ducks in it. I had a rule that when my son left for school or anyone left the house I wanted my Yorkies locked in the house so I didn't have to worry about them at work. On Monday my son rushed and didn't check to see if Sweet Pea was in the house. Well she wasn't. My male Sebastian was in the house and Sweet Pea was locked outside. When my son came home from school he found her dead in the pool. As a family we are devastated, all i hear is her calling to me 'MOMMIE HELP ME..SOME HELP SWEET PEA PLEASE". I do not blame my son at all he picked her out and loved her so much as we all do. My other Yorkie looks for her everywhere and must have heard her struggle because he runs outside looking around the pool. How am I going to move on, my heart is broken. When she was a pup i nursed to back to health because she was sick and I promised her I would ALWAYS KEEP HER SAFE. She was such an angel, the sweetest dog I every had. I am just broken and grief stricken.

We are so sorry about Lilypad and I hope she found my Georgie to play with who left us last weekend also.
