In Rememberance Of Cassie

When I think of all the times we shared,
What a delight the three of us paired.

I now look back and smile with joy,
Remembering how you loved this favorite toy.

I kept it, now and again,I hold it and then,
Can’t hold back tears of thinking of way back when.

I vision you running and enjoying your friends,
Never forgetting to thank God for the years that HE lends.

They seem to go by so fast and too few,
Loving and remembering you Forever we do.

I remember so vivid you looking into my eyes,
I told you how much I loved you, oh how my heart cries.

Thank God for Baby Blessing, she helped us once again to smile,
God so did bring her to us, through this sad lifes trial.

Dollie Dae you would love too,
She is tiny and reminds me so much of you.

Praire Bea is very fitting to her name,
We prayed for a girl, God saw that she came.

We dearly love all three,
In our lives God wanted them to be.

I sometimes look to the heavens to see the brightest shining star,
And give thanks to God for I know in Heaven you are.

Written in memory of our dear Cassie.

This song below is dedicated in rememberance of Cassie, love both of the artists singing so could not choose between the two.

WOW that is such a beautiful poem. It brought tears to my eyes. Cassie was so loved and so cherished I'm sure she enjoyed her time on earth with you.

Hi Patti and Jack....I came to find this thread after you told me that tomorrow is the anniversary of the day you lost precious Cassie. What a beautiful poem you wrote and the song was beautiful and fitting. Sending hugs to you, my friends...knowing what your minds will be on tomorrow. Love you!
