It will be 2 yrs on Jan 31st, 2008 that I lost my Kurby. He was my special boy. My first yorkie. My first child. :aimeeyork
I miss him so.....I have 2 new babies now who fill my life with pure joy. Kurby is gone but will NEVER be replaced or forgotten! His pic is below.

With the exception of the anniversary date....I could've written this exact post....including the state.

No, none replaces the other. Although I will say...it is because of my FIRST..that I have the others.

What a beautiful face. Im glad you have others to comfort you. They are def. each one of a kind and can never be replaced.

And I could've written THAT exact post!! My first baby, Willy, is the reason I have the two babies I have now. That love and the years with Willy were the most precious gift! Even though nothing could replace Willy, that wonderful little guy made me want to care for and love again.

Thank you all. Everyone who met Kurby loved him....
My new babies are Bailey & Pixi. :aimeeyork I was so devastated I didn't want another yorkie after he died. I finally went to see Bailey 9 mos after Kurby died and I knew before I saw him he would come home with me! The rest is history. I just purchased Pixi in Aug of this year. She is 8 mos now. I love them both to pieces! We have 2 JRT's also. Yes, a full house! The JRT's are my husband's babies.....:animal-pa

I'm glad I happened across this site. Nice to meet all of you!

Kirby does sound precious, and I am so sorry for that loss! I'm so happy for you that you found your two new babies though. They are lucky to have such a wonderful, caring mommy too!!:)

I am so sorry for your loss. We can never forget nor replace our little "buddies", no matter what. It's a good thing our hearts are big enough to give plenty of room to each little creature that comes into our lives. Kurby was beautiful. Sleep well, Little Man.

What a sweet little face your Kurby has. I know how hard it is to lose a beloved pet/baby. I am glad you were able to bring new yorkies into your life. They bring such joy!

My sweet Sophie was pts on January 23, 2007. A year ago, she was so ill and held her as we celebrated our last New Year's Eve together. Warmly, Deborah

Sleep well, Kurby with all of the other precious Yorkies in heaven.
