We are looking in the Washington township area. But we have to sell our house first. We've only had it up for two weeks so far.

Well, Good Luck! My Realtor told us last week that sales are picking up nicely now.

We are 10 minutes out of town, in Country Manor Estates on 149, 2 miles north of 6.

My brother lives off of 149 too and my parents live over there in South Haven.

He's south of 149. He's in that neighborhood that's across from the bow hunting club.

Hmmmm....I'm puzzled, I am 2 miles north of 6, on 149, and I live across the road from a hunt club. Actually, just a bit down from my house, is a road off 149, that leads to the hunt club. They shoot pigeons, which really upsets me.

Does his subdivision have a name?

I don't know what the name is. He's pretty close to 130.

My hubby knows where that's at, he says we go by there pretty often. I guess next time we go that way, it will ring a bell. :D

I used to live in Valpo too...and my brother still does...on Meridian ~ closer to chesterton (where my nephew and his wife live) than Valpo, but he still has Valpo address. I went to elementary and jr. high in Valpo (Both Thomas Jefferson and one semester at BF), before moving to Lafayette for high school. Like I said before...it's a small, small, world ~ seems to get smaller and smaller the older I get...

I'm not originally from IN, we moved from IL in '94. We live in Valpo, but 10 minutes outside of town, and go into Chesterton all the time. You're right, it does seem like the world gets smaller and smaller the older we get.

I am in Mt Carmel, Ill. That is down south in the state, I am 30 miles from Vincennes, In. I am 40 miles from Evansville, In.

Hi Bren4Bears and mscorgi! I am close to you guys too in Boonville IN close to Evansville. Mscorgi you were really close to the epicenter of the 5.2 quake a month ago weren't you? The aftershocks have really been fading.

Hello to the two of you. Yes we were ruddly awaken that early morning. I thought a tornado was happening to us, but when I looked out the window and there was no wind, I didn't know what to think, My husband said its an earthquake. It seemed as if it went on forever. It is good that the after shocks are getting less and less. I don't like the feeling of it going on and on. I go to Vincennes all of the time. I go that way more than I go to Evansville, I cross the St. F. bridge, but it is closed all of this week. Nice to meet the two of you. Do you know Terbear in Boonville?

Hello...Lafayette is my home ~ but I was born in Vincennes Good Samaritan Hospital. Both of my parents were born and raised in Bicknell, and I know that no one ever knows about Bicknell unless you're from that area. We lived in Jasonville for a short time (that's where I started school ~ at Midland ~ but it's long since been abandoned, probably torn down by now.)

Hi Sandbudd...I actually know where Bicknell is!! When my husband and I were still in school in Indy, my husband, on his way back to Indy from Boonville, got a speeding ticket there,:rolleyes: so that is what we always joke about when Bicknell is mentioned!! Welcome to YT!

Hi, Barbara!

Labs are such sweet dogs. My son and daughter-in-law have a Black lab and a Siberian Huskie and twin 15 mos. old baby boys. These dogs are so good with the babies.

Winstonw. Terbear just bought her first golden yorkie.
She is tickled to death. I am supposed to get pictures from her. I also know Bicknell. I had a good friend, who just moved from there to Texas. I used to go through there to her house. I am not far from Bicknell.

Hi neighbors. I'm not from Bicknell , but , I live about twenty minutes south of there in Vincennes. I have a couple of SPOILED furkids . . . poodle and a yorkiepoo. :)

WinstonW, I will contact her and tell her about this board. She isn't on it . Ill tell her that you are from Boonville also. I have two chocolate girls. I have not been able to get chocolate babies yet. I have to have a male with chocolate in his lines also.

Bren4bears I am not from Bicknell, I am in Ill. I was in Vincennes this AM. My husband had to go to Washington, In. to take a 4 wheeler. I like to shop in Vincennes , I had my hip replaced in GSH. My husband his knee. We have family in Vincennes also. My Little Man, who's picture is my avatar is 2.5 lbs full grown.

mscorgi . . . . I think I looked at some puppies in Mt. Carmel a year or so ago. All I remember is the house was out in the country and back a lane. The lady had a LOT of dogs and new puppies. Didn't get a puppy. I used to live in Allendale back in first grade (few years ago). LOL

We live in Mooresville, IN.

We have 4 yorkies. Isabella will be 6 in 13 days, Little Bit is 10, Ginger is 2 and Henry is 1.

We also have 2 daughters Sarah 9, and Emily 3.
