Michigan Yorkie Meet-Up

There was a MichiganYorkie Meet-up today in St. John's and Sissy and I made the drive to attend. What a blast we had. 31 puppies in attendance; mostly Yorkies with a handful of Biewers and one long-haired chihuahua. Puppies, puppies everywhere!!!

Hi Jodie, I have some other pictures you might want. I learned how to save yours:D , I did it without Kay's help:p Wait till I tell her tomorrow.


PS:( I don't know how to put them here, I tried and failed

And where is Dorothy?????? in yours, Not to worry, somehow I will learn how to put them here and then you will have one and everyone can see how pretty she was

OMGOMGOMG! I've never seen that many Yorkies in one place in my life! Almost all of you had TWO! That was awesome. Thanks for the pics.

Now, how about vids? LOL.

Pattie - to post photos here, they have to be downsized. When you post a reply, scroll down to the "additional options - manage attachments" and find the photo on your computer, hit the "upload" button, then close that window and submit the thread.

Great Pictures!!! It was so much fun I am glad I was finally able to make it. I couldn't believe how well behaved the kids were together. Next time I will bring a video camera!

Nice to meet you all and puts some faces with names.

ok, I just tried again, it is telling me that my file of 831.2 KBbytes exceeds the forums limit for this file type. So this is what you meant by size, so what do I do now?

Depending on what photo program you are using, you need to re-size them. Usually a pixel re-size of 700xwhatever will make them small enough. When you open you photo program, go through all your options to see if you have a re-size option. Hope this isn't all greek to you!

Congrats on your soon-to-be baby girl!!! If you look in this Great Lakes Regional Forum, you will see a post by lilsarahboo21 with information on sending your email address to her for future meet-ups. I know the next one is scheduled for November 11 in Flushing and then I think that it is till spring. But, there is also the Yorkie Fair in Whitmore Lake (near Ann Arbor) in May. Lots of us will be going there, too!!!

Where in Michigan are you??

I am in a little town called Tekonsha.Its about 1hr and 30 mins give or take from where the yorkie fair is going to be.I for sure am gonna go to the yorkie fair!!

It would take me a little over an hr to get to sain johns but it would be well worth it!!! Hopefuly i can attend when i get my lil'baby.Next month!!I cant wait!!

First I wanted to say, I don't think I said that right, Jodie & I got together closer, not at St Johns previous to our St Johns visit. Second, Make sure your new baby has all her puppy shots before joining in anywhere just to be safe, not that we all wouldn't love seeing your new baby:D

Oh,i will for sure make sure she has all her shot's befor i take her anywhere!!If you guy's to meet up again let me know,i would love to bring her to play.Also it would be great to meet you guy's!

ok Jodie is talking about us meeting up again soon. Our 3 girls play very well together. One of us will PM you when "she" sets the date:) We'd l;ove to meet you too

I think that might be one of the Biewer's. The ones at the meet-up were all imported from Germany and they don't routinely dock tails in Europe.

My Yorkie also has a long tail, well the youngest one (Sissy) I understand it is an European custom but someone at the last Meet-up said some breeders are doing it here also. I purchased Sissy in Brooklyn, New York (her middle name is Brook:D ) But her long tail is not white
