Hey everyone!! I have a list of people but of course it's at work (forgot to bring it home) of everyone that has RSVP'd, the problem is that not many have sent a check. So i'm not sure on the head count. I'll let you know tomorrow hopefully who all is for sure coming. Also I wanted to post the address for the park:

Hunter Road dead ends you into the park so no worries about finding it. Also I will try to put signs up so you know where it is, it is the last shelter on the right where the parking lot is, its hard to miss.

We're in New Jersey this week. As soon as I get back to Indiana and get my September work schedule I'll know if I can come on the 20th. I would really like to be there. Ashley, I'll email you privately as soon as I know so I can get your address. :)

I am going to try and send some messages out to the people that have RSVP'd but not sent a check and see if they still want to come. I hope we get a decent turn out. Also I wanted to mention, some people are asking if they can bring the money the day of the picnic, the only reason I ask for it in advance is I need to know how many people are coming so I know how much food to buy for sure, it does happen that people say they will come and end up not showing up. This way I know you are coming for sure because you sent the money. I hope everyone understands why I am doing it this way. If you have any questions please let me know!! :)

Thanks for that idea Reese1, I just posted in the general section. I hope it doesnt get kicked out. I'm not sure if it's allowed or not, I guess we'll find out. I put that everyone is invited because I dont want anyone to be left out if they want to make the trip from a further state. Hopefully we get a good response.

Aww thanks everyone!! I am so happy to be having the meet-up. Thanks everyone for offering help if I need it. I'm hoping to get up pretty early that day to make sure everything is done when you all start to arrive.

Just want to remind everyone about bringing x-pens, anyone that has them it would be a great help if you brought them, I don't have one myself. I am also hoping to bring my cornhole set, so if you have games bring them if you can.

Me, Billy (DH) and Bandit can't wait to meet you all!!

If you want to sell anything make sure to bring that with you, there are a few that have already said they were bringing stuff with them, so don't forget to bring money with you too so you can buy stuff.

Our neighborhood was having a community garage sale today and I was so happy to find a Superyard xpen! It's supposed to be for babies, but it says it can be used for pets too! I got it for less than 1/2 the price they retail for!
I'm going to bring it next week for the girls!

I do too! It was the last street in my neighborhood too! I was originally hoping to find the metal xpen, but I had given up hope of finding anything!

Oh no! I forgot to send my check! :( :( :( :( It's going in the mail tomorrow morning. Hope this isn't too late. I had requested the day off work long in advance and everything just so I could come. :(

We have YorkieFromOhio join in, she originally was going to come but forgot to send her check, but she is coming!! She will be bringing her husband and 4 or more furbutts!! I'm so happy she is coming!! I can't wait to meet everyone!! I'm doing lots of shopping the rest of this week to get everything we need. I thought for a minute we were going to have to cancel the meetup since the storm hit, it hit pretty hard around me. My awning from my front porch flew off and landed on my car, if you go to the other thread we have you'll see the whole story and pics. We got power back on Monday night, but we lost alot of our food. I checked out the park to make sure it was still in good condition and we were in luck because it is!! Also, they had crews in there cleaning up what did get damaged.

I did see your other post! I know that storm was bad! I'm in Lebanon and we had winds up to 75mph, but oddly enough our power was only knocked out for about 5 hrs. on Sunday. Alot of the houses in my community had roof, shingle and tree damages. We were lucky to only lose a few small tree limbs!

I love Lebanon! I actually grew up in Montgomery, but I've lived in Kenwood and all over. My first apartment was in Fairfield.

You know what I don't get?? How I live in Fairfield but drive to Fields Ertle and you live in Lebanon and you drive to Springdale lol did you ever wonder why everyone doesn't just live where they work lol. I have, especially the people that have worked at one place for like 10 years, It would cut down on so much traffic if we could all just move to the area where we work.

I know it's crazy isn't it! The funny thing years ago when I lived in Fairfield, I worked in Montgomery!
I had the luxury for almost 7 years when I was in property Mgmt. to work and live on site, that was great!
It's really not a bad drive for me though. It takes about 20min in the morning and about 25 coming home. I work from home on Tues. and Wed. so that is really nice!
I don't know what your hours are, but I hope it's not reg. rush hour, because Fields Ertel exit can be a real pain!

Oh it is a pain, just like this morning. I get here anytime between 8-9 am then leave about 5 pm so it is not fun. this morning I was on 275 getting ready to get on 71 N and all of a sudden everyone slammed on their brakes, my cell went flying down on the floor, I caught my purse thank god because its one that doesnt close eek. well I had to go up one exit and come in the back way to work. Well I found out that something was wrong with the traffice light on the fields ertle exit, go figure, the busiest exit messes up lol. I hate working in this area because of the traffic, it feels like rush our 24/7 around here. I almost moved to Landen about 6 months ago. I kinda wish I did and at the same time I wouldn't want to live out here.

Your lucky you can work from home on some days. I wish I could do that. then again I would prefer not to work at all lol. I want to stay at home and raise a family but in this world it's not likely to happen.
