Wow! 44 yorkies! I didn't know this meetup was so big.We'll have to try and be there next time.especially with no YorkieFair this year:( sounds like you guys had a great time.

The was a blast!! Last year we had it in August and it was HOT...From now on, I think Memorial Day weekend will be perfect. :)

The next one is tentatively scheduled for June 28 in St. Johns. I don't have all the details...like the address (important) but I will forward it to anyone who wants to come as soon as I get it. I'm not sure the hosts are okay with that being put on a public forum.

I can't make that one, I was hoping it would be closer to the end of Summer. In the mean time I will keep fermenting my cherries. LOL

Labor Day weekend is July 30th right.? I will fill out a request to be off work that weekend. I might be bringing my DH this trip he is always so jealous of me going to these meet ups. I will check with him and get his final answer.

Patti I need the name of a pet friendly hotel near your house thats not to expensive for Friday and Saturday . Maybe I can barter with the hotel manager for a "free night" in trade of a batch of my cherries.

I am so happy to hear the cherries will be in the making soon. You do know everyone comes only for the cherries!! I have already tried making my plans for that weekend and passing the word to the Seniors that we will have our annual visit then......... See you all there and for those of you that can't make it, we will miss you;)

Hey everyone!! For those who don't know me I'm Lauri, mom to my 3 year old yorkie boy Bijou, 1 year old yorkie boy Jester (Jesse), 14 week old yorkie boy Frankie and my 3 year old long haired chihuahua yorkie-wannabe Holly! In the picture I am sitting right behind Jodie holding Holly, Bijou and Jesse. The cute little blonde girl Ruth is holding my Frankie. My sister Chellie and I are hosting the next meet up on June 28th in Saint Johns, MI. It will either be at Chellie's house or Patti W.'s house. I'll definately post the address as soon as I know for sure who's house we'll have it at. We will be providing burgers and hotdogs and drinks...if everyone is invited to bring a dish to pass. Everyone is welcome! More details to come!
