HI! New mom here :)
 
Hi there! I am a new yorkie mom, I have had Gino for 3 days now. he is 7 mos old and about 4 lbs. The breeder was keeping him to show him, but he developed a tiny underbite. His coat is long, but I am having it cut shorter next week. his given name was Danny Boy. Here is a pic from the breeder.:aimeeyork

Who cares about the tiny underbite if you just want him for your pet? You will never have a better BUDDY!!!!!:hug:

Oh my is he handsome! caongratulations! I love his coat, you should keep it he is just too beautiful! My Jeter is only going to be 4 weeks(tomarrow!) so I have a while before I can bring him home. I hope his coat turns out as lovely as your Danny Boy's!

He is gorgeous, his hair on his face is beautiful. I can understand you wanting a non show lower maintence coat but consider keeping his face long... it suits him.

Welcome to YT btw, you are very lucky to have found Gino.. he really is amazing

thanks everyone!!!! His hair on his face is longer than that picture now, and it looks stringy. He is always wet and his eyes water a lot when hes nervous and it wets his whole face.

I also have a 1.5 yr old Bichon named Bianca. I love my little angel girl to death! She and Gino get along well.

He is adjusting. LOTS of peeing on the rug, and he jumped up and peed on my new comforter 3 times. Its been washed everyday so far. I keep my bedroom door closed now. He does it so fast I dont even know he was in and out of there....hes usually at my feet. He has pooped inside a few times too. He has peed and pooped in his crate once, and peed in it today, and i have the divider on so he can just stand up turn around and lie down.

Sigh.
