I joined in August of this year. I have a 6 month old little girl named Tyra who I acquired from a YT member named Pam (KSBIEWERS)
I have had Tyra for 2 months and she has adjusted wonderfully!!
I have tried to post pictures but they all seem to be too big and wont post. I will keep trying though.

I love this site, I come here for most of my questions in regards to Tyra!!

I would still consider myself new to YT.....My name is Mary and I am Mommy to two furbabies, Mindy is 6 months and Bear is 12 weeks. I am also Mommy to two beautiful girls Karley is 9 and Olivia is 6. I am totally addicted to YT and have learned so much from all of you. It makes my day to see all your furbabies little faces. I think we are so truly blessed to have the opportunity to own these little angels.

Hi everyone. I joined YT last month and am already have "SENIOR" status! But here's the thing: I don't have a Yorkie! Well, not yet, that is. The closest thing I have is all of you at YT. Hehe.

I am actually driving out to a small town about three hours away tomorrow afternoon to visit some pups that are about 9 weeks old now. I'll get to do some bonding time with them, and if it all works out, I'll give a deposit next weekend when I attend a dog show that one of her older Yorkies is entered in! It'll be a lot of fun!

So I guess I'll keep you all updated when I actually pick up my pup!

Something else I'd like to mention. The blue line that has the place to click for new posts also has FAQ (frequently asked questions) and that helped me alot and yet I still asked lots of questions.

Sounds so exciting and do keep us up on news of your maybe pup.

My name is Leslie. I just joined the other day. I am addicted. I am on here every free second I get:) I have a pretty big family so I dont get to much free time. I have been married 11 years. I have 3 children, a yorkie, and a eskie. I feel in love with yorkies a little over a year ago. I met a old man who had about 5 who lived with him. He was crying over his wife who had past and my brother was just murdered. So we connected and I bought Odie from him. Odie helped keep my mind off things. I am sad to say Odie passed away in Feb. First pet I ever really cried over. I was so attched...he was part of our family and I only had him 6 months. Well 6 months later I bought Barney. Let me tell you he keeps me busy. So most of my free time is spent taking care of him, his hair, clothes,ect,lol. He is my therapy....not to make that sound bad. I love him very much. Hopefully once he is housetrained completely I will get another...there is to much room on my couch, but not enough money in my wallet,lol. Anyway...before I write a novel...

Here is Barney today having a bad hair day. Oh and setting on comand of course. My 3 kids...me...my hubby(had a few beers and rarely drinks)...and casper the eskie:)

I am also failry new here:) . I became an donating member shortly after I joined. I live on Long Island, New York with my husband, and my 4 sons. We got our baby Bella :aimeeyork in August. I have learned so much here, and have made a few friends so far. YT has some really great people here. I have attached a recent picture of Bella. She is now 4 1/2 months old....time really flies.:eek:

I dont know if this will help but I use paint...it is easy just use stretch and skew down to like 40% and it works:) HTH

I'm Cara and Teddy is my baby - he is half yorkie, and half maltese. Teddy is 2 1/2 years old and I will be 25 on tuesday :eek: I teach 7th grade English in south jersey, and Teddy helps me maintain my sanity:p j/k! YT is great - we're so glad we found you!

Well, I've been a lurker for a couple years, but never posted much. Now I'm addicted to the site, so you guys can expect to see more of me. I'm the mommy to two beautiful baby boys (one human, one fury), and I'm getting a little girl in January from the breeder from whom I got Chuy. I am so stinkin' excited! I can't wait to add another furbaby to my bunch.

Attached are some pics of my baby boy. As you can see in the one pic, he adores my 2 legged baby boy as well. Those two are thick as thieves.

Iv'e been a member for a few weeks and have learned so much from all of you wonderful people. I have 2 yorkies Molly and Daisy and 1 chihuahua Chloe. Molly just had her first litter of puppies on October 12th! We are so proud of her. 6 boys and 1 girl. Daisy is my little shadow, all 3 pounds of her. And Chloe is the best little chihuahua that I could ever ask for. I'm a mom of 4 and grandma of 5 and we all live in Nevada.

Wow! 7 in one litter??? Lucky you! Are you planning on selling the pups through here? I would love to see pictures of them. =)

Hello........Old and New Members,

I still feel new to this site. I join YT in April 2007 and did not post until Sept. 2007. I only have 38 post to date. I have not learn how to post pictures yet.
I have had my friend MyFairLacy post them for me.
I got my baby Layla from my sister-in-law YT crb in Dec. 2006, she was my Christmas present to myself and has been the best gift ever. She is my love!!! I am a mother of 3 girls.......Crystal 24, Amanda 21, Sami Jo 19.
Amanda is off in Austin at school, Sami just started school to become a RN. My oldest Crystal was born with a very rare syndrome 10q Trisomy and is still at home with me, the doctors told us she would not live this long., she is physical & mentally handicapped......She is my Angel from God!! We have been in & out of the hospital since August this year fighting a bone infection from hardware that was put in her foot from a surgery back 2004 and then a blood infection, we almost lost her Sept 18........the scares day of my life. With lost of prays we are on the road to recovery now!!
We are still back in forth to Austin weekly to doctors. YT has been a blessing I have sat in the hospital room for many days reading YT on my laptop, she was at the new Childrens hospital in Austin. She gets to go to the childrens hospital because of her size, she is very tiny for her age............Boy could you tell I needed to talk!!!! I don't sleep much due to a lot of stress right now, so when everyone is asleep I am on YT.
My Layla brings me such job and happiness always right by my side and will lick my tears away when I need a good old cry and boy I have need them a lot lately.
I love to dress my Layla, one day when I do figure it out I will post pics of her all dress up. I would have loved to be in this years GE but right now do not have the money to do it............hopefully next year!!!!

Welcome to YT. I am sorry to hear about your stuggles. You know that if you ever need to talk you can always post in the off topic discussion board. We have some great listeners here. I know that there is another lady on here that has a handicaped daughter and she posts every now and then. Keep your chin up. God only gives us as much as we can handle. I am happy that YT has brought so much joy to you and I hope that it continues to in the future.

What a beautiful story - your love for your daughter and family radiated rigth through the computer screen. I have a daughter with some special needs and several spinal surgeries, but nothing that she hasn't learned to live with or that has threatened her life yet. So while I can't "compare", I can appreciate how your life wasn't how you'd scripted it. But in some unexpected ways, it was better, wasn't it? ;) It's an honor to "meet" you!

Thanks for the post............Some people just don't understand were I am at.
I know God doesn't give you more then you can handle but sometimes I do wonder. I just pray about it. Crystal is such a happy child and always wants to please every one. I have friends that just don't understand I just can't go and do like they can....shopping, movie, girls night out, I have to have someone watch Crystal. I have been married to Crystal's father for 25 years,
he has to work so much to make ends meet because I now have to be at home with her because she is no longer in any type of school. Not a lot of people have to bath, wash hair, dress, there 24 yr old child as I do. I am always stress about what will happen to Crystal when something happens to me and her father......I hope I have raised my other 2 daughters well enough to take care of her. I don't want her to be put in a home!!!! So Sorry I have went on on on about this but I really have no one to talk to that might have a little bit of a insight into what I go though. In on of the post after my post in this thread someone stated that there is a mother on YT that has a daughter that is handicapped also..........is this you are if not do you know who
she would be talking about. Thanks for listening!!!!!!
