FALL/Winter is HERE !! i had to put the boys pjs on poor austin was shivering & kayko was squished into my lap LOL !!

In WI it has been a chilly fall, down in the 30's at night and 50-60 daytime temps, but I have to say I LOVE IT! I hate sticky humid heat...I am a fall person, the only bad thing......It is waaaaaaaay toooooooo short of a season!

WOW....I would love for some of that cold weather to come here. It is so HOT here. I feel like it is summer all over again and my dogs are stir crazy....like they can't get comfortable because it is too hot. I don't have air conditioning and our fans are on full blast. Plus the cold weather would help with all the fires too.

I watched the special on Tuesday night w/ Charlie Gibson on the fires and it is an awful thing to be happening...It is funny to think how something like that does not discriminate, and how EVERYONE in it's path is in danger...I have central air, actually 2 window units too, we have a big house w/ high ceilings and it is hard to cool down, I could never go w/out a/c...I wish you cool weather soon...;)

I love Manhatten Beach...I had a layover in LAX when working a trip one Memorial Day Weekend and my oldest daughter met me out in LAX and we went to Rodeo Drive and Manhatten Beach w/ a friend of hers that lived out there at the time...Have you lived there for long? Have you ever been to the (OK...I know this will sound weird!) cemetary in Westwood? Our layover hotel was blocks away and everyone would go there, it is where Marilyn Monroe and SEVERAL famous people are buried...Actually when I went there there was a couple there from England on vacation! It is beautiful there, w/ Magnolia trees, unfortunatley they built the city up around it, you almost have to know it is there...;)

Yesterday was 93 degrees and today is just a beautiful sunny day and perfect at 67 degrees. Now we are back to normal and I'm loving it. I would still like to be in VT. to enjoy all the beauty of fall there.

YAY it's finally COLD here today..!! Me and Cody have been outside since 9 this morning just walking around and playing. I got the doors and windows open. i hope it stays this way. i'm sick of that miserable heat
