seriously considering a sister for Tumi Hi Everyone, I have been looking for a sibling for Tumi for a while and I came across one of Dee's puppy name Shay who is 7 months old. She is such a cutie and we are seriously considering about getting her. I heard stories about how having 2 girls can be tough and sometimes they don't get along. Is that true? I never had 2 before so i need advice!!Tumi is spayed and if we get Shay, we will spay her also. I dunno if that helps? Also we do travel a lot so, do you know if the airline will let us take two puppies with us on the cabin. They are both small about 4 lb each. here is the link to the pic of Shay http://www.deeslilyorkshireterriers....oradoption.htm I would really really love to get some advice and suggestions on having two girls! Thanks!! :woof: |
Hi Tumismom. I have five girls. All spayed. I really have no trouble at all with them. Females are a little more temperamental then the males / Little squabbles here and there but I think you will be fine. The only two in my bunch that argue are my Bella and Noel and it's always Bella who starts it. She's very alpha. The only thing I would reccomend is not to get two alpha girls. You would want one that is as passive or more so then the one you have. Two alphas spell trouble. Just check with Dee and ask her the temperament of the girl she has and take it from there. I really think they will get along fine. Elaine |
tumi is pretty playful and also well socialized.. but i would say she is pretty dominant. i emailed Dee with some questions! She is soooo sweet and helpful! I think Shay looks sooo much like Tumi also.. what do you all think? |
