Selling Puppies on eBay??
 
Can people sell live animals on eBay??
For some reason, I thought that was not allowed?
BUT I have been looking on eBay today and there were several listings for Yorkie puppies......
Does anyone know?

I just looked any couldn't find any...just some figurines...here is the link for sales NOT allowed on ebay...live animals can't be sold!

I'm pretty sure they aren't allowed.

If you report it to ebay they will remove it, because it's not aloud to sell animals on ebay.

I pulled up the florida ad, saw this little puppy that looked so sad..you just wonder how many of these little things have been abused..everytime I think of someone hurting a puppy or dog, it just makes me sick..some of these little dogs looks so scared and unhappy..

I haven't looked, but I hope they are all gone!!!

Oh my gosh, that is just plain crazy! How awful! :mad: I didn't get to see any of the auctions as they have obviously already been removed from eBay (which is GOOD) - but I have always said to myself that I just KNEW one day someone was going to try and get away with selling dogs on there :mad: That is just sick! :thumbdown Those poor little babies....:cry:

Some eBay stores sell live fish. I wonder what the stipulations are about that, because those stores were not shut down. Hmm...:confused:

I know yorkies are not allowed on eBay! The only exception that I know of is Koi... (those big goldfish) but anything else live is prohibited. I'm glad those listings were removed. I hope eBay cancels that persons account :mad:

A lot of people on eBay use pictures from websites to sell their items. Sometimes its easier to just find a picture of the item you're selling on the internet than take the picture yourself and upload it. Plus it is easier to sell items sometimes when you see how it looks on a dog rather than just posting a picture of the item. I see a ton of people selling items from PetEdge and using the pictures that Petedge.com has on their website.

I saw one sorta like this last week and PMed her she said thank you for letting me know but that picture is ok. I guess she did a modeling job.
