I'm so sorry about your loss. :love:

I want to thank you all for your prayers and support. Tigger passed on last night. I think he knew he was going and wanted to be in my lap. he walked all the way down stairs and meowed for me to come to him i sat on the floor and he crawled into my lap. We sat together for over an hour he then decided he wanted to be alone so he got up and moved i went and layed on the couch so he knew i was still there for him it was about 5 am and i was drifting off i was fighting going to sleep because i didn't want him to be alone. I felt like he knew i loved him and he came over and layed beside the couch so i could pet him till i fell asleep. He then went down to my kids toy room and went behind a couch in the conrner and peacefully passed away:( I am very sad that he is gone but i am so relieved he is at peace now. Thank you all so much i know it was all the prayers that helped him go so peacefully and i cherish that time i had with him on my lap before he went. R.I.P Tigger my beloved friend and conpanion.:littleang :angel2dl: :rip:

Oh, Amber, I'm so sorry for your loss. I know that this all came on so suddenly and didn't give you any time to prepare to let your baby go - but I am glad that the two of you had some special moments together last night before he passed.

Oh gosh Amber, I am just crying over here reading this :cry8: I am soo sorry sweetie. I know that you did want him to go, simply so he wouldn't be in pain anymore, but I know that you DO miss him. I am so very sorry that you had to go through all of this :cry:

I am so sorry that I missed this thread, yesterday. As many things as we have all shared on this forum, I can\'t think of anything that has actually had me crying, like I am now.
Thank YOU, Lord, for answered prayers and taking this sweet baby home, peacefully. Now, comfort the hearts of those who will miss him, and wrap them in Your Peace. Amen

I have been thinking of you both all day. I am so glad to hear that he went so peacefully and without having to have the stress of going to the vet. I am very sorry though for your loss and will continue to send prayers your way.

Amber, I know you are in such pain over your loss right now; but, You were given a great gift. After all those years of giving and receiving love from your dear friend, you got to give the greatest gift you had ever given. The peace and security you gave to your baby to make it easier for him to go was priceless.I remember a line from Steel Magnolias. When the character sally Fields played told her friends about losing her daughter, she said she realized what a great honor it was to be there when her daughter was born, and to be there with her when she went home. You were with him all his life, and you got to send him home with love. Bless you :littleang
