You can use dipirone or piroxicam... I don't like to use aspirin... |

Over-The-Counter Pain Medications You Can Give To Your Pet Buffered Aspirin - (For dogs only.) -Pain relief, anti-inflammatory. -1 tablet per 60 Lbs.- 2 times per day Baby Aspirin- (For dogs only.)- Pain relief, anti-inflammatory.-1 tablet per 15 Lbs.-2 times per day Never give to animals!!-Acetaminophen, TylenolŽ, Ibuprofen, MotrinŽ, NuprinŽ, AlieveŽ *************** How's she doing? :( |

Shes just laying on my lap, shes not moving that much. But I do keep making sure that shes breathing, bc she wasn't earlier. :( Thanks for the prayers!!! We are suppose to go to a dog park tomorrow to meet another yt'er but I don't know if we will be able to. Guess it depends on how she is. So I gave her that asprin around 6'ish when should I give her another one> |

By the time I got her there, she was breathing almost normal and before I left she was breathing ok. They are staying on call for me tonight so any problems they can go in, which is good. BC the vet I like is the one on call tonight. |

I hope she's going to be alright! I feel so bad for you both; you must be beside yourself. I think I'll make sure that we've got a bottle of baby aspirin around here...it's a good reminder to make sure to have some of that stuff on hand, esp. when you're alone a lot and don't want to leave the dog and nobody else can get it for you!
