My first babies went home yesterday.... :(

It was a very sad day yesterday as our first 2 babies went to their new homes. Our original Romeo and Juliet now Ginger and Jasper went to live with their new mommy in South Carolina yesterday. It was hard to let them go but we know they will be so loved. Which is what we want for all our babies. Originally just Jasper was going to her but something happened with the other person who had inquired about Juliet so Jasper's mom said she wanted them both. Everything happens for a reason and this was the best thing that could have happened to these 2 babies. They are going to be so spoiled rotten. Here are a few pictures of them right before they left and their journey at the airport. I am sure their new mommy will post with new pics of them as they grow. Kisses to my sweet babies. We loved every minute of having you and will miss you dearly!!

The first picture is Jasper
The second picture is Ginger
The third is my sleepy babies at the airport (it was 4:30am) before I had to shut the kennel door. Just time for a few last kisses.
The fourth is just before they went on their journey to their new mommy. The hardest thing to do- "Saying goodbye"

I got both of Shari's puppies, and couldn't be happier, they are both just too cute...I can't believe someone would do this to such a wonderful breeder as Shari has been..I was back and forth between the 2 of these trying to decide on which one to take for a long time..She was constantly sending pictures of the 2 of them..Well, I thought when she said someone was going to get Juliet, that I wouldn't be able to do the back and forth game anymore, then, she told me what happened with the one that was going to take Juliet, and I ended up with both of them..I'm glad I did, as I love these 2 babies, and Shari is right, they are both very much loved....Thanks again Shari, you ARE the best!!!!!!! And I mean that from the bottom of my heart!

Awe, they are precious and I know it must have been hard but, atleast you know they will be in a good home and spoiled rotten! :)

They are just precious, and I'm sure they will be loved very much. I'm sure their new mommy will keep you updated. I always email my breeders with updates about the pups I got from them.

Believe me, Shari will get lots of updates, I love these 2 babies so very much...And in my whole life, I have never met a breeder that is as caring as she is....

Oooohhh... they are just precious!!! I am sure they will be very very much loved and spoiled! Hopefully we can see their cute pics here on YT from time to time!

You are right, saying "good bye" is the hardest thing... A big hug to you :)

Wow! That is a great job! I hope my breeder is just like you! I'm getting my first Yorkie next month. Yipee!

OMG that 3rd picture is to die for - I just love it - hee, hee!! :p :p

Congrats on your new babies - I can not wait to see more pics of them posted as they grow up!! I love the names too!!

I know first hand how difficult it is to say good-bye to these little ones.

I didn't think it would be so hard. It was awful. I am sure the people at the airlines thought I was an idiot. The tears were flowing when I had to shut the door and tie it for the last time. I was so stressed until they got to their new mommy. I will be taking their little brother to another YT member on Sunday. I am meeting her at the border of Canada. She is wonderful also and her little boy will be so loved also. It sure helps when they get wonderful homes. I think we will get to see all 3 of them grow up her on YT. I will always have a special place in my heart for all of them. And if they ever need me..........well I will be here for them.

This is the second time today I'm sitting at my computer at work with
tears rolling down my face! I have to hand it to all you breeder's who
release the pups to their new homes. I don't know how you part with them.
It must be so very hard.
Congrats to the new Mommy's and good luck with those darlings babies.

Same with me! Everyone thinks I'm nuts with all the tears. I've had babies once and just can't do it again. I kept the first born, but all have been fixed since then. I just couldn't go through that too many times, and I certainly can't keep all the babies!:D You'll get to watch them grow and be happy little yorkies!:p

awww:9 i feel for ya, that is one of the reasons i dont know if i want to breed lacey, i know my mom and sister both want a puppy from her but what if she would have more then 2! i still toy with the idea because i really want to breed her once but then i look at her and think nah i cant do that to her or me .i hop she doesnt make it to 5# hehe dont tell hubby i said that lol, i told him i want a yorkie to breed hehe.
it sounds like they will be going to great homes and i look foward to hearing all about them in the future:)

When our puppies are ready to leave for their forever homes I usually warn all the families that I cry ... I really cry. Like you, the only way I can do this is that I know in my heart that they are going to be loved and protected. If I had the slightest doubt... they would never leave.
Good luck on Sunday ... I know there will be more bittersweet tears, but one very happy family too. All because of you! :)

I have another baby who will be going to his new mommy on Sunday. I warned her I would be sad but she has been preparing for him for weeks now and I know he will be loved by her so much. And I will get to watch him also grow up right here on YT. She is so excited and that really helps alot to see the genuine excitement in the new owners. It helps me to know that she shares our same love for our little guy already and does not even have him yet. I believe he will be very spoiled!!!

First, Shari - I don't know how you breeders do it - I would be keeping them all..lol. You did a wonderful job with these babies and they are on their way to their wonderful new home.

Congratulations on the new babies! Shari was telling me about how that other lady didn't end up getting Juliet. I'm glad there was a happy ending though, and it must've been comforting for Ginger and Jasper to fly together. I'm going to be getting their brother, Kingston on Sunday! It would be awesome if we could keep eachother posted on how our babies are doing. And you're right, Shari is an amazing breeder and I'm so happy to be getting my little boy from her :thumbup:

Shari, I know how heartbreaking it will be for you to say goodbye. I hope that I can ease the saddness by assurring you that he will be very loved and spoiled. And I'm sure you will find out just how loved and spoiled he will be once I post him all over YT and email you about the cute new things he does lol. Sunday is getting sooo close, I can not wait to take my little baby home :D

Tdoll, you know what's amazing, when these pups are on the floor playing in the laundry room, they run over to the pee pad to piddle..it's so cute!!! now we have to work on the pooping part...

I am doing great today. I still miss the babies but their new mommy and I have become very good friends. She emails me every day and lets me know how they are doing and what cute things they do. It surely helps.

I know my new little guy going home on Sunday will be spoiled. It is just hard to let them go you get so darn attached to them. When you are having a bad day they sure brighten it for you. They are never sad and always there with a kiss to brighten my day!! I will miss their little puppy kisses.
