Uno is FINALLY losing his baby teeth, which is a good thing. He looks so funny because his tongue hangs out constantly because he has nothing to hold it in! I've only been able to find one of his teeth that fell out......So.......since he's losing his teeth...how much longer do I have to deal with the constant nipping at my hand?:confused:

Harley just started lossing his baby teeth too! Matter of fact the other day we were playing tug of war and one came out in my hand. :eek: At least I have one baby tooth for the baby book! :)

yeah I'm not at the point where I completely trust Uno yet...lol...I would love to just nuzzle my face up against him whenever I want, but if he's in one of his "moods" I don't dare! He'll eat my face. Lastnight I was laying down on the floor, and he tried to bite my ear (nothing more scary than hearing that CHOMP right in your ear!!!)

He has such the attitude...if I don't pick up his bobo to throw it when he wants, he growls....i think I need to enforce some more discipline........eek! it's hard raising kids:D

Harley has just started doing that too, where if I dont play with him, he does that little growl...lol . Its funny, but I know I shouldn't laugh. :p

my baby is still teething too! its so cute with her little gaps. she nips at everything! Just make sure you watch them! Daisy nipped at a wood table I have and she got a tummy ache and threw up foaming stuff...:(

She's alright now, thank God!

yeah Uno's toys look as if he committed a bloody act! He has a doggy newspaper that squeaks...and of course it has blood on it, THEN he was chomping on my sweatshirt...yup...blood on that too! Oh well...Are the molars usually the last to go? Anyone know? I can't tell if the molars and canines are his permanent or baby......

Yes the molars and the canine are the last to go. My puppy just finish loosing his teeth last month. But it's cute to see them go through it. I actually have like 10 of his teeth saved. :D

Well I think we just got lucky in finding all those teeth. We (DH & I) found some on his bed, on our bed, on the floor and some even came off when we were playing with him. :p I also checked his teeth on a daily basis to see if he had any loose ones. It just a matter of you looking for them.;)

That is so funny cause it is the same here too! I had to wash Delilah's toys just this morning because they were all bloody! The sad part is, I haven't been able to find even ONE of her teeth. I at least want ONE!!! I think she is swallowing them.

Why would you not try to train your dogs not to nip that is one of the easiest things to break them of....
Pixie was a nipper when we got her at 5 months. but she now plays nice :) no Nips :)
at least not to the humans.

Hi silly question but can you tell me what age they get the baby teeth at as my yorkie is 6 weeks and she only has her two large incisors?

Hi here in the uk pups are sold from 6/8 weeks i did think 6 weeks was a little early as its normally 8 weeks but the breeder reassured me that the mum had stopped feeding the pups at 4 weeks and has had nothing to do with them since 4 weeks onwards ad the puppy was fully weaned, the first day i brought her home she didnt eat or drink much but i have been hand feeding her and syringing her with water and honey every two hours around the clock and she has been doing great , she is happy and content now, loves her bed and is weeing and pooing on her puppy pads and cleans her self right after, although i do sponge her face for her after eating.
I was just wondering what age ahe should get the rest of her teeth, pleae do not scold me for taking the puppy away from her mum as if i didnt buy her someone else would have and at least i am trying to do my best for her to thrive.

Here in Spain 6 weeks is the normal age to buy them. I got Milo at 6 weeks, he was already eating his puppy food, and had no teeth. They appeared very soon, in about a week you could feel them when he nipped!

He's four month and a half now, and he's teething. He's so cute with his gaps!

aww how cute thats good was a little worried as i seen a pic of a 6week old on the gallery and he had all his teeth, when should i expect her ears to start going up ?

I did not scold you.. I scold the breeder ANY breeder that would Let a pup go that early.
I feel so bad for the poor puppies. I am glad you are taking great care of her.

My yorkie is 9 months old and has lost several teeth, but I found out that she has baby and her permanent teeth, so I guess I will have to take her in to get some baby teeth extracted. Han any one had the same problem?

Their little teeth are like razors, aren't they?
It's the ankle nipping that gets me, or they way you have to walk around with a puppy attached to your foot!

At what age is normal for them to start losing their puppy teeth? My broadie is 3 months old and i was trying to look in his mouth and thought he had a couple of the very front teeth missing. ( i couldn't see real good he kept biting me) i will try and look closer just wanted to know if he is at the age to start losing them.

I'm curious too..Ozzy is 4 1/2 months and I don't think he's lost any yet:(
