Prairie Bea's size Jill, she is just too gorgeous for words, and look how she is snuggling with Papa Jack already. How big will she get? She looks so tiny at 14 weeks. She is 1 1/4lb right now and will probably get to be about 2 1/2lbs full grown. Daisy & Jake have a really small one about every other litter. They have one that is 2 1/4lbs and is 2 years old, she is so vibrant and healthy and rules the roost. Too cute!! |

Picture Of Jackie And Prairie Bea 2 Attachment(s) Picture of our daughter Jackie & Prairie Bea, taken today. I am going to use this picture along with the poem I wrote "Time" to make a nice wall clock for Jackie's office, this is my favorite of them together. Ohhhhhh, here is one of Prairie Bea, she is one mighty little bundle of fur love, and her bark is not little, it is DYNAMIC. Just ask Jackie :) Prairie Bea was very quite on the planes flying here but then in the airport and car rental she was Jackie's mighty powerful guard fur baby, LOL. She is eating real well and doing wonderful. Jill Brooks here at YT is her breeder, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND JILL she is soooooo caring. Jill insisted that we phone when Jackie arrived home from her flight, which was one o'clock in the morning there in Indiana, thanks Jill for being you. How sweet!! Oh how sweet!! That is such a good picture of Jackie and Prairie Bea!! I havent forgotten something of Zachs to send you for Prairie Bea to cuddle with. I think I will have him sleep on a little blanket for a couple of nights and send that. I think that would work out best. Tell Jackie to have a safe trip home and give her a hug for me. This picture is especially for Zack :) I think she is saying, " Hey Zack, where's the emails?" :animal36 Zack is Jill's son, he adored this little one and rightly so. She is just so adorable, little bundle of love she is. Love Mom's Good Cookin ;-) 1 Attachment(s) Yeppers Prairie Bea is a good eater, just like Dollie Dae and Baby Blessing. This of course is not Mom's good cookin, but she don't know that LOL. Time to go bathe Dollie Dae and Baby Blessing, will post more pictures later on. New Picture 10-27-07 1 Attachment(s) Not doing too good at taking pictures this one isn't all that great but wanted to post it of Prairie Bea. Yesterday was her first visit to meet our vet to receive her shots :eek: First off, the temp thing, was out, no way are you going to come at me with that thing was her expression with ACTION. When the tech went to hold her she wanted no part of him, then when the vet came into the room and wanted to do his normal first baby visit thing she bit him :eek: WOW, he said this little tiny girl has the mind of a BIGGGG one. LOL. After the shot was given :eek: (Jack came in as he heard her yelp) then I asked the Vet to trim her nails, NO, NO, NO, he said, I think it would be toooooo traumatic for her :eek: , yeppers for him it would have been :eek: LOL. Prairie Bea is one little mighty strong willed little girl and yeppers Denise here at YT once said after many of her visits to Jill's and seeing Praire Bea that she is out to conquer the world, Denise I truely believe she is LOL. We just love her soooo much and are enjoying her tremendously. One look at that little face and oh my gosh, I have to keep telling myself as Jack also does, yeppers she is for real. JILL BROOKS here at YT is her breeder and we highly recommend her, she and her whole family puts lots of TLC into their puppies. I know they all are missing Prairie Bea and especially their sons, so I just wanted to say thank you guys for all the play times with her and helping to give her such an outgoing personality. She can play tough with the vet now, LOL :) I think he definately has a different perspective of little dogs and that yeppers they can be mighty and strong and hold their grounds when tested. oh my gosh!!! :eek: That is hilarious!!! I had to read that post to my family. They all laughed. She is really such a sweetheart, but yes she is definately in charge of herself. She never would put up with the bigger boys in the litter. They would try to bite her tail and she would literally yell at them. It was so comical to see this little teeny girl yell at these boys that were twice her size. She looked like a tiny little school teacher putting these big 6foot 5 200lb boys in their place. Soo funny!! Yes she loves sitting at the computer. Zach's fault. He is a computer hog and a Prairie Bea hog, so Prairie Bea got lots of computer time. Nick enjoyed talking to you yesterday on the phone. He cant wait to see the pajamas you made Little bit. Thanks so much Patti for all your care!! You & Jack are wonderful!! Thanks Gotta Post 1 More :-) 2 Attachment(s) well maybe 2 Lauren she weighed whopping 1 pound 10 ounces yesterday at the vets, when she was sitting still :) Her Vet definately knows who da boss is, for sure. LOL. RMKC She sure is a cutie, excellent eater and sleeps right through each night and lets me know early mornings to use her pee pad, she is doing really good with that. The girls love her and give each other lots of licks, although I have not let her loose with them yet (as she is just too tiny) will wait awhile before I do that. Especially with DollieDae= she still has a lot of puppy energy :) DollieDae is really turning out to be such a pretty girl. Will take pictures and post of her again soon. Hugs, Patti and Jack |
