I'm sitting here with my baby girl on my lap....
 
and i am just overwhelmed with love for her! sorry to be soooo mushy lol but this little girl has made me so happy especially after having to let my Heidi go in may..(aged 14) I never thought i would feel like this again! I look at her and i just can't believe she is mine!! Do you ever look at your babies and feel overwhelmed with love and happiness?

I know exactly what you mean, I look at my babies and I get all choked up because I love them SO much, its overwhelming. They make life worth living and everyday with them is the best day ever :)

Yes I do. Especially when I'm holding them and their looking at me with those big brown eyes.

Well if there was such a thing as a silly question (but there isn't), that would take the cake. I definitely feel the same way about my yorkie babies as you do about yours. They are my "kids" now that my human ones are grown up and it amazes me how much I love these dogs. Sometimes it seems they are all I talk about. That's why this is such a great website - a place where we can talk about our babies all we want and no one thinks we're crazy!

It literally brings tears to my eyes sometimes how happy and loved they make me feel...and how much I couldn't imagine life without our furbabies!

I so enjoy reading these and being here..... because i feel the same way and it pulls on my heart every time i leave him for just a few hours and cant wait to get home to get greeted by my Ollie...... Plus my husband is so tired of hearing everything i am learning at this forum....

I know exactly how you feel. I am either fighting off a migraine or have one he** of an allergy headache. Bennie has been glued to me the whole morning. He has not left my side. Not to mess with his pixie stix or anything. He will snuggle up with me and will lean over and give me a little kiss every now and then.
He is so sweet and loving it makes you want to cry...lol

Barney has his NEW pixie stix and could careless about anything else at the moment..lol

Hubby says he dreads the day something happens to Gypsy as my heart will surely be broken to pieces. He says he can see how much I love her, he says I love her more than him.

I know exactly how you feel. Teddy is sleeping in the corner right now with his tongue sticking out of his mouth, and I look at him and I'm overcome with such love and happiness. It also happens when I see him sleeping right beside me. Ohhh, I love my baby! But yeah, I get those moments too!

That's so sweet! We are so lucky to have our babies aren't we? I think we definitely need them as much or more than they need us!!

Me too! Sassy has added so much to my life and I never knew I could love a pet so much....when she is snuggled up with me sometimes, I feel so overwhelmed with just how much I do love her. I am so thankful to have her in my life. I can't bear being away from her. I have to have her with me all the time. I have to know exactly where she is every moment. I am obsessed, I know. But I like it this way.

I remember in the first month or so that I had Archie I would have these moments of looking at him and just being overwhelmed with how much I loved him. I just couldn't believe it was possible to love a little creature so much! I still have those moments (mixed in with moments when I want to sell him to the circus!), and I can't believe how good he has been for my heart!

All the time! I can so relate with my Jasper & after my Blake died at 19 in 04 I was devastated and prices were so high for yorkies and now I am so happy and after xmas to add to my family Jasper will be haviing a baby brother and I a new fur child!So thank your lucky stars! There is nothing like a yorkie"s unconditional love and though they cant speak englishI swear that they understand even on there awnry days!lol

Your baby is very fortunate to have you. I feel exactly like everyone else has said. Mine are my babies. Just had someone on another forum tell me that Kayla is a dog not a baby. Well, I have no children at home and like I said they are my babies and I am not appolgizing for the way I feel about them. I look at it like this, if you don't like'em stay home. I will dress them, feed them, spoil them anyway I want. lol!!! And they love their mom!
