Recall Has anyone heard if Ol Roy Multi Flavored Dog Biscuits have been recalled yet? My neighbor bought some for Cody and he has a whole bag. I was just wondering if I need to throw them out or what? |
Have not heard anything, but I don't think Ol' Roy is a good brand to buy. |
I think Ol'Roy is what Walmart sells a lot of. Don't know much about it's nutrional components. |
ol' roy anything Ol Roy is sold by WM. It is super cheap and full of fillers and by-products...both are horrible!! By-products are the parts of animals that aren't used for anything else. This will include beaks, feathers, feet in chickens. It can also be the dead animals that have been euthanized by vets and collected, sent to rendering plants and made into meat by-products. Many times, the collars aren't even removed from the animals. The sick and diseased animals are also thrown into the batch. If in doubt, google rendering plants and you will find out what this dirty little secret is all about:eek: My advise...throw it out! |
Thanks everyone!! My neighbor got it for Cody. He only had one. when I heard about a possible recall. he hasn't had none since. I'll get rid of it. |
There is one thing that Ol`Roy is good for.................COMPOST!! My Mom read in her gardening book to use a very cheap dog food to mix with compost..I guess the plants like it! |
lol. then it's definitely not suitable for dogs! that's terrible. I'll be glad when they get everything straightened out and stop having so many recalls. they need to quit getting stuff from CHINA |
