I have had several male dogs of the last 20 years and I never knew what those were. I've also become more educated today.

Charlie doesn't seem to have the arousal problem, however,my Sophie did. If you rubbed her back and ended up on her tail, she was alert. Yes, she was spayed and older.

Its happens even when they get super excited to see you. kinda the way some girl just pee on themselves, Snuggles is the "snailtrailer" in our house. Well, I've learned something to day also. I have two boys and I always thought that meant they had to pee pee.:D I had no idea. I noticed Sugar is always like that first thing in the morning so I just assumed. Now I know he's just being like all of the other men in the world.:rolleyes:

Great post i also have a neutered male and i always see this and say to myself did they neuter him because those look like doggy balls :eek:. Every morning whil i am using the bathroom he lays upside down back on the floor feet up in the air so i can rub his belly and i notice this

OMG that's FUNNY :D . I never knew either, for all that time I had Pepper I never noticed anything - thanks everyone for enlightening me - at least now I won't run to the phone and call the vet saying They (his boys) Are Back!! :eek:

My boys wake up in the morning and before they go pee they have them too. Same thing for guys I think. LOL............;)

Teddy has those almost any time he has held his pee for a long period of time.In the morning, after a long car ride, if we've been out for a while and he hasn't been out......

Today I noticed the bulbus area was very hard after waking up...never noticed before and got a bit worried.
Now it all makes sense...no need to call the vet.
