Neutering changes behaviour I finally decided to have my baby neutered. He is already more loving and relaxed. Still climbs on my parents' Staffie (female), but definite behaviour change. More manageable already. I am so glad I decided to have this done, finally. :) I would like to hear other parents' stories about behaviour changes after the fact. So, please tell me your stories... |
LOL I wish I could share stories about how my baby changed and became more loving and calm self but, unfortunately, and to my amazement, he is as hyper and active about 8 months post-neuter as he was before... Oh and he still tries to hump his toy  |
I noticed no change at all. Buddy was still the same pup as before the neutering. I think only after they mature, maybe around two, will they settle down some. He is 3 1/2 today and still going strong. |
Chachi calmed down after his neuter but I also think thats because of aging also |
Is your puppys name CASH??? Love that name! :D |
I got max fixed at 5 months (2pounds nd a few ounces) and now hes 10 months (3.2 pounds) no excessive weight gain and the same happy, hyper lovebug!:D no changes. He wasnt marking or lifting his leg at the time he was fixed so i cant say that changed, he still doesnt and we hope it stays that way lol |
The only change in my boys was that they stopped marking. |
Well then when I get Penny spayed I'm going to ask them for some chill pills. She's the littlest one here, and also the biggest bully. |
