My precious baby Brooklyn had a bad day today My poor baby :( All was good until I took him out side to enjoy the warm day we were having .......... Hubby came home and eveyone is so happy to see daddy, well he joined right in, and of course daddy had one arm full and picked my tiny guy up with the other....... You guessed it......wiggly happy baby, being held by one hand....... over top of the cement.................. Luckly he had bent down on one knee so it wasn't a long drop but oh my baby cried :( I swooped him up (after yelling at hubby:mad: ) and ran him into the house. I think he hit his tiny head, he doesn't even weigh 1 1/2 lbs. I know it was an accident but I was sooooooooooooooo mad! But I cooled down and he was ok and we ate and had nutrical and he's played all night and he is fine :) (and I forgive hubby, it wasn't his fault) Well then.............. tonight......I had one of the wood gates leaning up against the wall and sure enough.......little mr Brooklyn managed to bump it and guess what? It fell! Yup, right on his head!!!!!!!!! My poor baby boy!!!!!!!! More kisses made it all better, but wow...these tiny ones...you really need to put them in a plastic bubble, don't you? I just love him to pieces and just cry at the thought of him getting hurt! But he's ok - its just been a rough night! Poor Brookie. |

Poor Brooklyn, I keep my little guy in an expen and so far I have been able to avoid any mishaps, although I am constantly having to watch over my husband who seems to think he is as durable as his older and much bigger sister. LOL |

1 Attachment(s) My little guy was so shy when he met my other two babies, but soon after the fun started!!! The chasing around the house they loved it. Didnt know but the little guy, he was only 1 1/2 llbs as well had figured out how to climb the stairs..... Not good i found out when i heard Wizzar thundering down the stairs, with Pixie in hot pursuit and an exhausted little puppy Sparkey panting behind. He tore down the five steps after them, onto the wooden floors but he hadnt learned how to hit the brakes yet.... He slammed into the fireplace head first, i thought he was dead and started screaming and ran for him. My dh got their first and picked him up, he was lifeless.... i was having a panic attack!!!! Then a little cough noise came outta him and he shook himself looked at us started smiling and panting again, He turned his head to look for the other two, who checked him over, jumped out of my lap and tore off again!!!! Fun and games cancelled that night couldnt take anymore!!!! |

OMG Brenda that is just horrible:( I am so glad he\'s ok though. Let me tell you I always wish I could make some kind of protective gear for my little ones:rolleyes: When we first got Cash Tinker went to jump in the car since we were going bye-bye and she used cash as a launching step and he flew backwards and got the wind knocked right out of him and he was 1.1 lbs at the time, it was horrifying hearing him cry like that :( again I am soooo glad brookly is ok and I am sending him lot\'s of hugs and kisses and BIG HUGS to you because I know exactly how you must have felt:hug: |

Thank god these little guys are resilient. The other night my son dropped Lulu about a foot and she let out a yelp and whine....I got so scared. But thankfully she just wanted cuddling. |
