Need some advice! I've got an itch! Oh wise YTers please share your thoughts and stories. I just got Lilly a month ago and I'm thinking about getting another yorkie. Lilly is seriously the easiest little booger ever. She's very chill and just a great little puppy. I've started thinking about getting another little yorkie girl, because I really want a sister for Lilly and sometimes I think that she's lonely. I am 21 and in college and I work on the weekends. If there were to be an emergency and one of the pups need to goto the vet money wouldn't be a problem. My parents love their gradpup (as the call her :p ) so If god forbid I need a large sum of money for an emergency I could get it. I wouldn't get one soon but I think that I might want one this summer. What do you think? I value everyone's opinions and I am curious to know why some of you have gotten two or more yorkies. These little guys are addictive! :D |
I say go for it! I'd get another one in a second if I could. I'm 22 and in vet school and my parents own the house I live in and pay for my bills and school, and they don't want me to have any more pets (I have 1 yorkie and 2 cats)...but I keep trying to get another puppy..LOL. Just be prepared that the second one might not be as easy as the first one..they all have such different personalities. |
Two is better then one, and three are even better. All that love is just so great. I'd go for it. |
I have two, just got my second one a few months ago. I love every minute, but its very hard going back to potty training the 2nd one. Although she is easier than the 1st. |
I have the same itch! I want a little girl! I want a girl that I can dress up in cute little girly things, and put girly bows in her hair! |
 Go for it :) I promise you will love another one, or 2, 3 , 4:) :) heck im working on # 5 but Dh has to remind me that molly was a gift and I totally have 4 beautiful babies and thats enough:p :p |
You'll never regret it! I got Lucy in March of '06 and got Rebel in October of the same year. They're both 1 year old now and I would be lost without them both:) |
