Wy is it so hard? I feel so frustrated right now! Why is it sooooo hard to find a female yorkie that comes from a good breeder that is resonably priced??? I think im loosing faith....:( :( |
I am so very sorry for your frustration, just be patient, take your time and keep the faith. There are tons of fantastic breeders who have good quality puppies at reasonable prices. I know how excited I was when I started looking -- in fact I looked at 100's of puppies and covered about 1,000 miles before I found the perfect little girl for me. I chose to go with a small home breeder with impeccable references over a larger breeder. All of her pups were home raised -- walking into her home was mecca -- her home was spotless and little furbutts were running all over the place exploring and learning and being happy puppies. Good luck! |

Wow - sounds fantastic! No wonder your dogs are so beautiful!!! Just where did you go to find your perfect girl? |
Thankyou.....im sure being impatient doesnt help! :) Im not looking for a show dog and honestly could care less about their bloodline. Im just looking for someone special to join our growing family. But thankyou for the words of encouragement! |
What is reasonably priced for you? What size are you looking for, ect? Maybe us YT'ers can keep an eye out for you! |
What about a rescue? Or someone trying to re-home Are you opposed to that? |
Yes if you let us know your price range we can keep a watch out for you. Don't get discouraged. When you least expect it something will come along. |

Its difficult to find a female at reasonable prices because everybodies wants them . Also some breeders are reluctant to sell their females to peoples saying its only for pet . |

My female yorkie who's about 3.5 lbs right now at 7 months was purchased from a breeder in NY. She was $1200... I'm not sure she ships or how frequently she has litters -- but she's in Buffalo NY. |
I know some excellent breeders but their females run from $1800 to $2,000. Let us know your budget and we can all try to help. |
Well I agree I personally would prefer to make the drive to pick up rather than have shipped....I know of a foster mom in NJ that fosters many babies...want me to call her to see if she has and fur butts up for adoption?? She is a member here but rarely posts as she is sooooo busy taking care of her fosters last time I taked with her she had 7. Just let me know if you are interested. |
It doesnt really have to be a female...I just figured since I already have Buster..... |
My females from good bloodlines are a lot cheaper than that when I have them. I have a waiting list. i have shipped to new York and Boston without any problems at all. |
There are several good breeders with females. I have a 10 week old female available and so do alot of other breeders, check in the for sale threads. |
1 Attachment(s) pic of lacey |
Lacey is adorable!!! |
Keep your chin up. If that is the going price in your area, then maybe you should look elsewhere. The cheapest female I have seen in my area was around $500. What is the price you're willing to pay? |

I have found a few breeders on here but the timing has always been wrong or the price too high.. Its frustrating.. There was a two month time where I e-mailed about breeders and none of them e-mailed me back.. I took a break it was hard on me getting my hopes up everytime I thought I found a good breeder but when a week passed and no responce I lost hope and I kept getting slowly more upset.. my mom I thin finally said that we can get one soon deffinatly.. We are moving so it will be easy because of the landlord etc.. anyways keep trying you'll find the perfect pet soon. |
