But Mom, it can't be hot on the other side of the yard, too! I'd love to know what my yorkies are thinking when they run to the patio door to be let out (fenced yard) only to stop in their tracks by the heat (101)hitting them in the face...they then proceed to come back in and go to the kitchen door to be let out..... they do the same in the rain...how I wish it could only rain on one side of the house! roxanne:confused: |

I wish mine hated going out when it's hot...He loves to go out all the time...no matter how hot or cold. |

That is so funny! What are they thinking? I love it when mine go out first thing in the morning and it is already close to 100 and I walk outside and see 5 yorkies and a poodle all laying out in the yard in full sun. They look like sunbathing beauties. |

Thats funny. Mine will go out when its hot but when its raining they stick their nose out the door and feel the rain and go no farther. |

LOL. Mine hate the rain. They run out go, and run in as fast as they can. If it's thundering and lighting they just won't go out. |

is it just a yorkie thing not going out in the rain. all my other dogs will go out if i tell them they have to but lacey wont go even if i pick her up and put her out she stands on the track of the sliding door and wont move til i open the door then she backs in. its really funny till i see pee in the hall way grrrr. |
