Luci is HERE!
Our newest family member flew into Memphis last night. After a 4 hour drive home, we had an uneventful night. Many thanks to Pam (ksbiewers) for being such a great person and a great breeder. We were in contact every step of the way to make sure that our sweet puppy was as safe as possible. She did great on the trip and is getting to know her big sister, Chloe. I'll try to post some pictures this afternoon or in the morning, but I need to work on stuff for my class tomorrow while they are sleeping (yay! nap time!).
One funny note...because of the weather being hotter than predicted yesterday, I had to kill 6 hours in Memphis while we waited on a later, cooler flight. My 8 year old son had ridden with me to pick up Luci, and he is a huge Elvis fan...so, yes, we toured Graceland to kill some time. He had a ball. I may post some pics of that, too, later. Boy, I'm tired today!
