Is he coming from another YT member?

Wondering who is on here from KC or St. Louis area - or somewhere in between that could help?? Wondering if you could pm someone in that area that has been known to help before? Don't know if that would be proper YT etiquette though

Just an idea.

He is coming from Me!! I can get him to the KC area probably. KC is 2.5-3 hours away. I work full time, part-time and have a litter of puppies due anytime.

I am in central Florida near Orlando. I would be thrilled to help. I am free all weekend. I will come north as far as Georgia, and bring him all the way to his new home. Just let me know:animal36

according to google maps, looks like the pup will be traveling through nashville. even if you don't need my help, I would love to meet whoever is taking that leg of the trip :) but...if my help is needed...I will gladly do that as well.

I am in Nashville (near Valdosta) Georgia. If he can get somewhere close I can get him as far south as Daytona/Cocoa/Orlando area.

Looks Like you have some of the Trip planed out :) .
Maybe you should post what you still need and what is set, and go from there. I know. I am to far and I have a Bday party for my daughter this weekend but I am here if you need me ..

We are racing in Kansas City on Sept. 22 or 29th..I have to check with my husband.....I could have someone bring him to me at the race track (Grain Valley)& get him back to the St. Louis area on that Sunday. Let me know if Jaxon & I could bve of any help!!!!

Okay he needs to get from Kansas City Missouri to Florida. I'm not sure if their is a hookup all the way here yet or not. I'm so confused from where everyones coming and going. We will go to Georgia to pick him up if needed, so if anyone can make sense out of all the wonderful offers I've gotten let me know.

Ok, here's what I see:

kathy785 can get him from her house to Kansas City

________ (an angel yet to be identified) meets up with me somewhere between Hannibal, Mo. and St. Louis.

I will take him to pepe mint's in Nashville :D

Pepe mint can take him to somewhere in GA.

A couple different GA folks have offered to get him to Florida

OR

I take him to pepe mint's & maybe the truck driver could come thru Nashville & pick him up?? Don't know his route.

or

I will be leaving Nashville Mon. morning, so if pepe mint could even keep the little furbaby over the wkend, maybe I could meet up with the truck driver in Kentucky - except not sure where the truck driver is leaving from?

We can get this worked out!

Praying for a Missouri angel - anyone know a dog lover who can help on Friday morning??

Thank you everyone, but we decided to fly Picollo. Kathy has used Continental Airlines before, and was very satisfied. Right now he's scheduled to arrive here in Florida on Tuesday.

Well shoot - I was looking forward to meeting Picollo!

And he was a perfect excuse to go to Nashville, now I'll have to decide whether to make the trip just to see my daughter twirl or not. Picollo was a good excuse.

At least flying will be a shorter trip - I'll pray everything goes well.

Keep us updated on his arrival!

Sounds like a plan. I might still come this weekend - I don't have to work Monday & I would like to see my daughter, but she was like "you can't come every 2 weeks."

I just want to come while the weather is still nice & she's still twirling.

When I come at the end of the month for family weekend, i'll fly, be without a car & have a jam packed wkend. But I want to come for the homecoming game on Oct. 13 against GA - I'll keep in touch

When my dd fussed at me I told her about Picollo & then she seemed ok with it. Maybe I'll just imagine he's riding with me :p

i for one am glad he is flying. I get a little worried about these railroads. Lots of good people on here that want to help. Some old, some new but i would be afraid to put my baby in the hands of a new person. Sorry that's just me. if it was someone I had chatted with over the years or months, then i would feel comfortable. contintnel is very good with pets.

We're still working on finding a direct flight here, and a crate big enough for him to fit in.

I have a crate that is not the problem. It is finding a direct route to Tampa from KC. I need to make a few phone calls now that I have gotten back from the vet. I think I might take a nap first though.

Well we have the flight booked, and I'm flying up to pick up Picollo, and bring him home. I'll be posting lots of pictures when he gets here.
