Anyone else love the Dog Whisperer???
 
I just wanted to know if there were any other Cesar Millan fans out there. I have learned so much from his book and his ngc television show, and have loved the two or three episodes that he has delt with yorkies. He even said that they were harder to deal with than pitbulls!

I do like him. While there are a few things that I'm not sold on, for the most part, it's a lot of common sense and a lot like how I raised my kids! I am the pack leader! :D

I love the dog whisperer! He makes training look so easy......wish it worked like that for me!!

Yes, I think he's great! I wish I had discovered him when we had our Maltese (which we had to put to sleep last month, sadly). Since watching his show and reading his book, I have learned why my dog had "issues." In fact, it was ME who had the issues, and that is why our dog was the way he was. I hope to not make the same mistakes when we get our Yorkie.

I try to watch it every friday but missed it yesterday,just adore that show! I cant wait for the new season to begin on September 3rd.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE his show and don't tell the hubby, but I get weak at the knees with his accent. I also think he's a cutie. He is very talented and I have yet to find something about him that I don't love.

Oh yeah, it totally helps that he is charming, and totally in love with his wife and kids. And I do value what he says, because it makes me realize that being consistent with dogs (and kids) is so important, and to never be afraid of big dogs, or never baby my dogs into being tiny little brats! (that's a hard one)

I find his technique very interesting and have his DVDs and book. I have used some of the information to make myself pack leader. As with anything, you have to pick and chose the things that work for you.

I love watching Cesar...he sure does make it look easy. I have tried many of his ways on my girls and they really work...especially the one when they were trying to kill the vacuum. I got between the vacuum and them and did that sppppppppppptttttttttttttt noise and they stopped! :eek: I couldn't believe it! I can now vacuum in peace! We are still working on killing all the boxes that the little brown shorts bring. They still think they contain demons.:p

I love Cesar, I find it so amazing that he can help so many dogs with all different issues. I am going to dvr his new season!
